Oscar Grant, Oakland Ca - killed on New Years Day after being shot in the back while pinned down (and possibly handcuffed) by another cop. Grant was unarmed.

Adolf Grimes, New Orleans La - killed on New Years eve after being shot 12 times in the back (14 total). Grimes was armed with a legal, registered gun.

Robbie Tolan, Dallas Tx - shot 3 times on New Years Eve after cops wrongfully accused him of stealing his own vehicle in front of his parents home on Dec 31. Tolan was unarmed.

The actions of the police is called literally, over-kill. Once the alleged offender is subdued (matter of interpretation), aggressive actions should cease at once; rather than the police continue its aggressiveness by tazering, beating and pummelling an already subdued individual, or shooting an unarmed person. If there is an armed person that needs to be disarmed, one doesn't need a firing squad to do that. What happened to warning shots: in the air; leg; and last resort torso?

The media was trying to sway public opinion with it's biased coverage. They want you to turn this thing violent, it gives them an excuse to break out the goon squad. i would not be surprised if the cops setup the whole thing. the busted up cop car video looks like a setup. police have used these types of tactics on whites who protest the gov. they dress up and act like protesters and try to get people to bust up stuff, makes the police break out the riot goons. don't fall for these traps.
