I've been pondering over which trail bike to get for a while now and narrowed it down to one of these bad boys! I like the look of the CR with the alloy frame but was slightly skeptical about the valve issue. I'd have been happy with either but just so happens that a really good, clean WR came up for sale so I've gone for that. Pick it up tomorrow! Can't wait!

I've never been one for fanboyism, whether applied to cars or bikes or video game consoles.

I bought a 2008 wr250f (a year old but I broke it in and put the first miles on it) and I couldn't be happier. It's an extremely reliable bike in every sense of the word. Easy to work on and mod, starts easily every time. The bike makes everything easy, even the nastiest trails.

But I give respect where it's due, and Honda deserves its fair share.

these bikes arent enduros faggot. theyre trail bikes with a headlight. enduros have a shorter seat height, they have much more top speed because its mostly for the road. and also. no one does fucking drag races on motocross bikes. if it was on the trails, i dont think you would be topping out the speed. on a trail like the one in the video and a motocross track. the yz250f would smoke the wr250f, maybe not the crf250x because those are badass.

My dad has a stock crf250x and I have a wr250f with about 1.5 grand put into it and I'll tell ya the crf still has more power all around.. I even think the crf is a smoother ride but the wr is MUCH lighter... I'm talking 06 models for both though.. The crf might be a 05 even... Both nice rides though..
