  • More time definitely needs to be spent on using the elastic potential of the hamstrings and firing the glutes during the swings.

    Though as with all physical skills it takes time to become relaxed with new movements under load. For the lack of time the guys have been using the bells things are going well, but definitely more to do :-)

  • ouch. to rigid and tense.. need to use hips more.
