I just figured it out! I think on some people's computers the F11 key doesn't work properly with RCT3. So I went to the options screen and changed it so you just have to press 'Z'. Now it works great :) check out my channel in a bit, might have some uploaded hehe

You have to extract all of the files inside your Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 file. its >> Start > My Computer > Local Disk C: > Program files > Atari > Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 > Style > Themed.

Most of the scenery you download will be put into the Themed folder. Some of the stuff you download for RCT3 will cause your game to crash if you do not have the two expansions. Why? Well because most of the scenery was created and tested by people with both expansions. Your Welcome! :)
