- Vaults weren't meant to be to save humankind in these games. They were more insane studies how people develop and react under certain circumstances.

we wouldn't survive in a vault i know that much because how would we be able to get food because if we did run out of it we would have to feed of cardboard flavoured paste and that wouldn't keep us alive for long enough.

@TheGrayFox102 well that may be but they have bin known to die younger than normal humans but keep in mind that some vegetarians eat fish so they might live as long as a human but in a vaults case I dont think they would have a fish farm so vegetarians die quicker than a omnivore human same goes for the small amount of carnivore humans (even though the percentage of them is low as 5-10%) there is still a chance they could get into a vault and die realy quickly so yeah alot of us would die quick
