Hi, izzycui, I am not lastsamurai55, but a big fan of Kaori. I translated her profile in her web site. I am very happy if my translation helps you becoming a more enthusiastic fan of Kaori.
@ladystorm61 yeah she is but why at Barnes and Noble is she classified (which in and of itself is bullshit because artists cant be confined to genre labels) as "world music when she clearly out jazzes her american counterparts???
I don't know hon. Just enjoy her music. Sorry you are so upset. Pass the word on about her music and how it touches you, that always makes a difference. : )
I've been listing and watching this young lady play magic for about 7-8 months. She is Great!!! Thanks for giving the american public the opportunity to hear a true artist. It's wonderful smooth jaz.
Hey lastsamurai55, would you mind offering an English description about Kaori's biography. I just went through her website. Unfortunately, I can't read Japanese. Anyhow, I'll appreciate you for this big help.

Love your sound man. Who said smooth jazz is dead? As long as we keep making "good smooth" it won't die.

@gwb911 ignorant. Some of those "black drug addicts" changed not only jazz music but music in general forever.
