  • Great job Josh!!!!! Good luck in bringing rowing to the masses!!!

    I'm trying my hand at it as well. It's a tough sell though, as most people have a distorted perception of what rowing is all about. Maybe we'll get there one day. Jerry Molnar

  • ergs are great for workouts but this makes it seem like its easy to go through an hour. thats true but it depends on how hard you are going, if you are testing it is far from easy and for me i hate using an erg...rowing on the water is so much more fun and enjoyable. i dont know if the people who go to indorow know how intense of a sport rowing is and how much of a commitment rowers actually make. i know its just a workout for them but its weird when i hear them say its easy and goes by fast.

  • Come to a class... we will put you in the Pain Cave! These men and women row harder than some of my past teammates.

  • Every time I do this workout I walk out of the class on an incredible high- amazing endorphin rush, fantastic instructor, and totally new experience. Love it!!

  • ERG-- the ultimate torturing machine if you're do it in a highschool or college team

  • Rowing machine workouts are terrific. Way to go, Josh, on making them accessible to many people.

  • Fabulous video and I have purchased a machine and everything in the video is so true. GREAT WORK-OUT thanks to Josh Crosby and his initial response to my emails taking the time to assist me in the purchase of a machine, as we live in a somewhat rural area and unable to get to a club. He took time to guide me through the process and I LUV the rowing machine. The benefits have been terrific including weight loss.

  • This is the best workout I have ever done, and I have been working out for a long time. Even if another activity is your passion, you'll find this workout can improve your endurance. And while Indo-Row does help tone your buns, check out the arms on everyone on that video! This workout rocks.

  • There are HOT babes in class. Really hot. It should've been mentioned in the video. I don't mean to be a techy (especially after my first comment), but this class will teach you how to ROW like a PRO. I've been watching lots of 'you tube' rowing videos and you won't believe how much BAD form there is out there (hello-where is the hinge, folks?). Chicks dig a guy with good form-you know what I mean? Wink, wink.

  • If you are bored of the same old thing and want to combine a great full body work out with having a blast-you have to check out indo-row. The benefits are strength and endurance plus coaches that make sure you are using the right technique. It's so much fun!

  • This is a great way to stay motivated and have fun exercizing. The coaches are inspirational, and I've seen the results firsthand. The team aspect keeps the energy high....I love it!

  • Awesome workout! My friends and I have been rowing with the Indo-Row team for over a year now. There are some serious benefits to rowing. We have ALL noticed increased cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength. Many of the coaches are former collegiate rowers and they are very helpful and motivational. We started out as novices and we are proof that anyone can do this and love it.

  • I love this class!! It has improved my focus and given me lots of energy. I have been able to achieve lots of muscle definition, in addition to losing weight. It's also soooo much fun to row as a team!! ALL the rowing coaches are sensational. You gotta try it.

  • There is something more I'd like to add about rowing:

    Each stroke creates inside the body a beautiful flow of energy.Once you identify it,you want to improve your technique and get it more and more.That is how I've got addicted to the rowing. To the point:

    -this is workout you never can get bored with.

    -you don't need to commit to the things you enjoy(!)

    - yes,you'll loose lots of lbs,fix your abs and tush and etc

    Make sure that you have a good coach ( of course,Josh is an excellent one).

  • Besides becoming instantly addicted 6 months ago to the incredible endorphin high that I get from indo-row, I am stronger, healthier, have increased muscle mass, and even ridded myself of a cronic neck pain that has been with me since high school.

    Josh is an incredible motivator and inspirational ahtlete - the ideal coach! He's even gotten me out onto the water and has me determined to master a new sport!

  • IndoRow is a great workout. Iv'e been taking classes from Josh and other teachers at Revolution Fitness and it's great. I'm a long time cyclist and I started IndoRow as training for rowing on the water and I now row indooors at least one a week.

  • When I was on the erg in college it was dreaded! With indo-row, there is a whole new concept of team, excitment and success. Not only am I having fun in the class, but I have reached an all-time best on the rowing machine (not to mention losing some lbs.) The instructors are brilliant at motivating and the hour class will fly by. I reccommend giving it a try and you will gain a new passion and appreciation for rowing and fitness.

  • Indo-Row is a FANTASTIC and FUN way to exercise. It is low impact but works the whole body each and every stroke. Indo-Row has helped me maintain my college weight... 11 years after graduation. Give it a try. You will be happy you did.

  • I've been Indo-Rowing for over a year now and I love it! It really is an amazing workout that has completely reshaped my body. I can't believe the way I look. I've lost nearly 20lbs. Josh is right about Indo-Row being a fantastic tush workout. This workout has accomplished what years of spinning could never do!

  • This is an fantastic workout. When I started rowing I felt that I would never be able to complete a class. Less than a year later not only do I finish the class I often come in first place in the races we do at the end. Oh and if you think I am a young one guess again..I am 53 and have lost over 80 pounds this past year. This workout is AMAZING!!!

  • Indo-Row changed my life. When I was on this video, I talked about having lost 14 lbs. I've now lost 30lbs. since I started Indo-Row, and my body fat went from 38% to 20%. I love the class, and Josh is a great motivator. I don't do it all the time either. I do it a time or two a week and work it in with my other exercise routines. (Yoga and water aerobics.) Try this class. You'll dig it.

  • I do this class all the time in Santa Monica at Revolution Fitness and it has transformed everything from arms, to abs to thighs to glutes! Daily Candy isn't kidding when they say it's the best tush workout in town!

  • Looks like an amazing workout. Loosing weight and being supported by a team sounds good to me.

    Going to get this in my gym.
