  • OK, Lana, you are the final straw that has motivated me! I'm looking to devise a program that includes weightlifting, yoga, pilates, stretching & aerobics. The one DVD I want to get is the corerhythms as it looks like such fun & has gotten good reviews on various websites. Remember the Callenetics & all the Jane Fonda workout tapes? I still have them!

  • You are an inspiration!! I need to get back into a exercise routine..sssshhhh I've been bad! I am usually good about getting my regular endorphin rush but lately I have been putting in 12-14 hrs/day at work. I just want to have downtime!! Yea, I am lazy by nature. But when I do keep up my cardio and strength training I look and feel hot! hehe Ok, I will start back up tomorrow...promise :o)

  • Good Girl! I just look on excersizing as another part time job and do it 6 days a week. When and if I miss a day... I feel like crap. It's habit forming and so good for you. At 53, I don't take ANY medications for high blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.... yippeeee

    PS. Let me know how you did with your promise....I'll be waiting to hear all about it!

  • Ok, so I made time today to exercise including those wonderful squats and lunges. I did not realize how out of shape I was!! My heart was like "what the junk!". lol That is the bad part of my line of work (Information Technology). I sit too much.

  • It's probably under "Beachbody" and it is the only DVD I work out to. It has two levels. The 1st level gets you used to the program and after 30 days, you pop in level 2 and it will bust your butt!

  • What an inspiring video that was <333. I am firm believer in working out and eating well, you only get one body, you need to treat it well. I also do workout dvd's, I love them, I am a stay at home Mummy, so I work around that. I have always been slim and toned, and I don't want to ever lose that. You look wonderful by the way, glowing and healthy.

  • Good Girl! You are also teaching your children how to live a healthy lifestyle. Kids with good health habits become ADULTS with good healthy lifestyles.

  • that was great information. thanks for sharing...i'm 33 and overweight with health problems, however i've started to get a bit more serious about what i eat..gotta start somewhere...that dvd sounds great cuz it has a variety of workouts. i'm gonna look on ebay. love your videos!!!!!

  • Oh, you will LOVE this DVD. It has 2 parts. The 1st DVD is for beginners so it will be PERFECT for you~ It's a fast-paced, fun workout and if you get tired, hit Pause and come back in a few... there's no rush. It's the best thing for you. I am 53 and don't take ANY prescriptions like for high blood pressure or cholestoral etc. I REFUSE to be an unheatlhly granny!

  • HI im 19 but i can totally relate to what you are saying on this vid! i started exercising by an infomercial too! i have an eliptical and love to use it. I have to get my daily cocktail of "Happy Chemicals" lol. sticking to a routine truly makes it feel like you've accomplish something! and btw you look so healthy and beautiful :)
