  • for solid strenght training try 2 sets of 8-10 reps

    , little is better when building strength

  • sir im just wondering how many reps and sets do you recomend for strenth training? cuss for me i do 3 sets and 10 - 15 reps for each workout.

    example - bench press i do 15 first set 13 2nd set 15 3rd set and my weights are in the midle of heavy and light any twiks i need to do?
