Answer= The International Court of Justice and the UNSC, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, The International Red Cross and basically the rest of the world! Last time I checked that was the declared status of the West Bank, Golan Heights and Gaza (by way of the blockade) by the adjudicative bodies!
