Chances of blocking/parrying them are almost 0 which is why people think they are just unblockable but i have seen a couple of people get out of them. Its no worse than Oro, or makotos combos

Just to correct, Kokujin didn't lose to RX 116wins, it was the hong kong crowd gave RX for their virgin trip to jap... Kokujin stopped RX's wins steak once he sat down
