The Hot Melts are from my town, and this song was written a good few years back (when the singer had a different band) so I've known it for about five years.

It's sort of a classic within my social circle, and

it's a strange feeling to see it finally seeing a proper release after these years!

I feel weirdly proud!

I was a fan of The Famous Last Words aswell, and stick Edith and I Wish on at parties, so they're quite popular with my friends from my input now

I prefer the earlier, more simplisitc versions of this song, that are more rock-y, but this is good all the same. I listen to an earlier recording as apposed to this.
