the person who posted this video he would have done what i have a looked carefully and noticed that in fact both jog wheels are on and its the way it is shot on the cam if you look at a pair of cdj from that position they will look off dew to the raised platter but freezing the film at the second clearly shows the jogs on freeze the shot at 0:20 and if you look you can see the white ring yeah it is faint but its there
