i know how to get the emerors robe without modding......just pickpocket martin when hes wearing it have a bound armor or pants (aquired tru the bound armor glitch) they weight nothing so pickpocket it onto him he will equip it in battle then pickpocket the emperors robe of him...simple but it may take a few tries.
