the guy that is sprintin is like 5"4 thats why he looks so fast because he has high frequency, he may not be so fast in the 100m. I don't think he will beat me with more than half a second I run 11.6 in 100m.

They are inexpensive and ship quickly. Go by the feel of the bands. If you feel as though they are not as challenging as you once remembered it's always a good idea to get a new set. As athletes we want to get the best results as fast as we can so we must work with the most efficient tools.

Hello, I am really thinking of buying these kbands but i wondering how long it will be before i see a change is speed and acceleration, Im doing 100m in about 12/12.5 secs im wanting to get it too like 10-11 as i play football/soccer. Just be sure to leave a day of rest in between days you use this specific drill. Your body always needs a day of rest in between days of training with resistance. @SMCCrunningback Lifting weight always helps with strength as wells as injury prevention. You just want to be sure to lift the right way. When training for speed you do not want to lift big heavy weight slow with little reps. You want to use a medium to heavy weight that you can explode with. Building power through weight training can be very effective. Be sure to leave a day of rest in between lifting sessions of the same muscle group though. Your do not want to over train.

@kbandstraining Ahh okay thanks,after a 2 year injury I am still above average speed but I need to get a lot faster if I want to become a professional footballer. (soccer) So im 16 and need results quite quick and Im willing to put an awful lot of time in as theres nothing else going for me and I NEED to do the 100m in 10-11 seconds and im doing the 100m in about 12,5 secs at the moment but do you think i will be able to do the 100m in 10-11 seconds in 4-5 months? or not?

@Eliitestacks This is a great drill to add in during seasons what ever your sport may be. I have used this in season with many track athletes that have seen major benefit. Just be sure to leave a day of rest in between days you use this specific drill. Your body always needs a day of rest in between days of training with resistance. (When training the same muscle groups)

@vbsprinterbody Not sure what you mean, but weights on your back will not add the same resistance Kbands will. Kbands offer resistance to the legs and core in the exact same fashion running and competition requires. You will have full range of motion with resistance to develop your hips through sport specific drills.

True is that I organized some shut put training with one really fatty.
But allready as I was 16 years he said it was incorrect at any possible way to just make out and eat alot again when I wanted to turn into shot put. Guess I got no idea why it was wrong!

@SMCCrunningback Lifting weight always helps with strength as wells as injury prevention. You just want to be sure to lift the right way. When training for speed you do not want to lift big heavy weight slow with little reps. You want to use a medium to heavy weight that you can explode with. Building power through weight training can be very effective. Be sure to leave a day of rest in between lifting sessions of the same muscle group though. Your do not want to over train.
