  • The English snow white sounds like Betty Boop.

  • I can't help but sway side to side during Once Upon A Dream.

  • I still have a VCR because otherwise I would be wasting all those olds tapes of Disney movies :)

  • back when i wanted to one day fall in love with a prince, talk with gorillas, have enchanted friends, go anywhere on a magic carpet, go to atlantica to play with my jamaican crab, learn to accept&experience nature with pocahontas, go to pride rock to be queen&fly with dumbo..

now disney is trying too hard to make money with tangled&crappy disney channel shows, walt disney would be ashamed in how his company turned out to be.

  • @TaviaKay I agree with everything you just said except that Tangled is not crappy. It is as good as some of the old Disney stuff

  • The Old Disney will never be beat! I will remeber all the songs even when I'm old!

  • @ditzen89 I still have most of it and LOVE to listen to play it! ^o^

  • 94 <3 I love disney..I know all the songs and rhymes :') I love you old disney <3

  • I agree! I was born in '87 and Disney was magic! Wish they still did cartoon animation vs. all computer animation.

  • I wish I still had all my old Sing-Along Songs video tapes. I love these songs.

  • i love how in Sleeping Beauty when prince Philip starts singing the camra zooms in to Aurora face and she looks freaked out

  • Sleeping Beauty is my favorite princess movie

  • disney better step their game before someone steals the spotlight

  • There are thousands and thousands of fairy tales that Disney hasn't touched yet. They should nix all that tween crap and go back to what they do best: Traditional animation, compelling music, and heartwarming stories.

  • Do you remember wanting to run through the plains of Africa with Simba?

Swing through the jungle with Tarzan?

Go to the enchanted castle with Belle?

Go to the ball with Cinderella?

Ride a magic carpet with Aladdin?

    Save China with Mulan?

Shrink to toy size with woody?

Turn into mer-people and go under the sea with Ariel?

If you do or want Disney to bring back movies like this re-post, this note maybe the Disney Corporation will see it and get their heads on straight

  • @Kira2354 is issuch a stupid comment.

  • @Kira2354 The hell do you think Tangled and Princess and the Frog were?

  • Although I was born in '97, I loved Disney princess. I didn't really like Pixar except for Toy Story. Ariel, Cinderella, were my favorites. I belived that you can make your dreams come true no matter what and I still do. Disney should really try to brig that message back. :)

  • @obssesedTDIgirl Have you watched The Princess and the Frog and Tangled? They bring that message across, I think Disney is back.

  • I don't care what my childrens' generation of Disney music is going to be like, I'm making them listen to the classic songs and watch all of the movies the songs came from whether they like it or not. I love this music <3

  • @luvsamie Right on!!! Disney will live in the hearts of 90's kids forever. I '92 btw

  • I was born 95 and I don't really remember watching anything but Disney, except Anastasia. We still have a huge box full of VHS's and about 97% of them are Disney films. :D

    Love and all ways will.

  • @Cardsforfree Same here! haha :)

  • I was born in 97 so didnt get to see that much But i love disney after my dad got me hooked on it lol :D

  • i was born in 94 disney was all i watched :D

  • Proud 2 be born in 1992.

  • I was born in '93, so I just got lucky enough to get the end of Classic Disney...Sure, Disney Pixar, and some of the other new movies are great too (Like Princess and the Frog, Atlanitis, ect) and Phineas and Ferb is the only good show on Disney Channel/XD anymore, but I really miss the classic animation, and the ideas of some are just corny and cliche.

I'll be raising my kids on Classic Disney! =D

  • @HannaAdi14 I have that same memory! Tarzan is such a wonderful movie!

  • im a 80s baby and 90s kids i grow up watching this calssic movies there great

  • Once upon a dream...

    Jeremy Brett

    Enough said.

  • disney needs pixie dust (peter pans tough)

  • i love disney so much

  • Born in 1989 (good year ;) and still in love with the Disney classics

  • I'm 18...and I really think the old Disney really taught me something...I miss the good old days when they would show this on t.v... unlike the new shows on Disney Channel. When I'll have my own kids I'll show them only these old Disney movies and old Disney cartoons.

    Love you Walt Disney♥

  • I was born in 1995, and I remember going to watch Tarzan for the first time in the movie theater. I grew up on these songs... it's sad to see how things have changed so dramatically *sigh*

  • I LOVE SNOW WHITE SHES THE BOMB!!!!!!!

  • why can't people sing like this anymore?

  • I may not have been born when these came out, but my parents WERE NOT stupid. They showed me the classics! I absolutely love disney! I was raised on this stuff! :)

  • turning 19 soon and I still love disney classic movies and songs so beautiful :) <3

  • u know if it wasn't for Walt Disney we wouldn't have all of these wonderful characters and memories. And ever since he died, Disney has turned to shit. If Walt Disney was still alive we would have more of these amazing movies and shows.

  • Love this!

  • 17 years of age and still love the disney classics its terrible wat disney has become bring the old disney magic back

  • wow great old memories of the Disney Classics love them alot more than todays disney

  • Agh I live disney movies there music is the best!

  • I was born in 1987 and was so lucky to grow up with these wonderful Disney classics. I love it! Brings back sweet memories of childhood, that innocence that you have those days (sigh) :)

  • I was lucky enough to be born and raised into the Disney era when everything was imaginable. even though i was born in 1996, i thank my parents for making me grow up watching all these lovely original Disney movies, they taught me wonderful life lessons.

  • I LOVE THE CLASSICS! I'm thirteen and I agree, I like this kind of music and movies than the now Disney.

  • Once upon a dream..disney made classics...now..its ruined..

  • You can notice a very big difference between the music of the ´´old disney classics´´ (cinderella, sleeping beauty, snow white, jungle book etc..) and the ´´new disney classics´´ (tarzan, lion king, aladdin, mulan etc..). All the music in the new movies are basicly the same as the boring pop or rock music. Same chords, rythyms and there is no emotion on those pieces. Where did they lose the all nostalgic symphony- and jazz orchestras??

  • @pianotuner92 Thats a bold face lie man. It may have had that feel but it had meaning.

Mulan's story was based off a damn poem about a woman who goes against her families honor and ends up saving china from the huns. Her songs were about her not being accepted for her differences and mind as she faced the struggles of female oppression. Lion king was about a struggle to find ones self and finally realize his dreams. The difference is that the new was realistic stories rather than fairytales

  • Bring Back The Original Disney Channel Circle Of Stars And Proud Family, That So Raven,Teen Angel, Smart Guy, Boy Meets World, Kim Possible, Classics Mini Sereis, The Mickey Mouse Club, Disney Music Videos, Most Importantly Bring Back Mickey Mouse and the gang "whos the leader of the club made for u and me m-i-c-k-e-y m-o-u-s-e" bring back morals to televison

  • Thanks for the post.

  • in my opinion the synchro voice of sleeping beauty is much to old in the english version...

  • I wish all disney songs were still this classical. So simple, pure and beautiful.

  • @phattyjoyce they were also magical

  • I really don't understand why kids these days love Hannah Montana so much

  • You put these videos together so nicely. I love it. I tried looking for good Disney song videos on here and they only give you bits and pieces. it's like what's the point? Thanks.

  • I LOVE this entire Video...MY THREE FAVORITE PRINCESSES!!

  • these songs make me believe that dreams really do come true and anything can happen

  • I believe that Snow White developed from being this little, 'bratty' child, to a woman.

Maybe that's why her voice was like that. xD

  • Comment removed

  • I adore classical Disney films and Disney princesses but I have always preferred Cinderella to Snow White. Maybe because Cinderella seems more active to me, she worked, she dealt with, or at least coped with, her step relatives (is that a word), went to the ball, with much help, and made a connection with the prince. Snow White ran away, got lost, got lucky in finding the Dwarves' home and waited to be saved after she was poisoned. That kind of irritated me.

  • @Blackthorne369 Or maybe it was that I just thought Snow White's voice was that of a twitchy nine year old who whines too much. I don't know.

  • i'm 16 and my sis is 10 i love the "oldies" she can't stand them she must see the stupid hannah montannah (i'm from belgium) and they dub evrything that's why she can't speak or write english, we heve disney channel but never saw a disney movie

  • I think Disney was making good art in classic movies. Even the characters that were working in old time of Disney were better.. What do they have now? Hanna Fontana!

New characters as July Andrews are need urgently for new generations.

  • '96 but i remember me singning and dancing on disney music

  • a lot of memorie ="")

  • and for all of you that miss the classics, Disney are doing Rapunzel as well but it's done in a style that's supposed to make it look like it's painted so it should be interesting :P

  • @LeoDeGrand

Nope. Sorry. Disney turned Rapunzel over to Pixar. It's called Tangled now.

  • @Suishijuu

I thought it was being made by Pixar anyway as it's a subsidiary company of Disney and the whole film is made using CGI :/

  • i feel that exact same way, and hoping some "prince" is watching you, and going to step in while you are dancing

  • whenever they go laaa daaa da dee da dee i feel like dancing and twirling surrounded by smiling animals and singing along. until i remember i cant dance, twirl, or sing. so i content myslef with gazing dreamily into the distance :]

  • i know ... i agree with what everyone is saying ... that magic about disney has really been lost ... i rmr watching these as a kid ... the music was so amazing ... i know all the lyrics to every song !!! they were so "singable" ... i dont know wht kind of cartoons kids watch these days .. but yes i want my kids to watch disney too !!! :)

  • I Love the Old Movies and I was also kind of dissapointed at the Newer Movies. They're good but not as good as the Classics.

And I'm so happy that Princess and the Frog changed all that. It's just such a great movie and reminds me of the originals!

  • when i have kids!!

i really want my kids watch disney!!

not the cartoons on TV now

they need the cartoons of disney

to grow up with .. just like me

  • i was been in 86 i love disney

  • I was born in 91 and I loved disney and still do but I am still disappointed in Disney right now they need to get that old magic spark back cmon guys bring back the magic of the OLDIES but come up with NEW ideas the kids of the future need it :)

  • @marywritter143 would the new disney princesses be part of this old spark?

  • I ment animations

  • ohhhhh I'm dreaming so badly to work as an animator in disney when I drow up and I practice very hard

I hope one day I'll be makeing so romantic and magicle movies

  • my kid is gonna grow up watching disney too. i LOVE disney :) i could watch em over and over even now when i'm almost 19.

  • Comment removed

  • ohmmygod < 3

i used to watch these movies over and over agian .

i am soooo happy i was born in 94 and was able to experience the magic of Disney (:

  • I was so lucky to be born in 1991 so I could witness some of Disney's greatness. The stuff they are putting out today is killing kid's imaginations, not like the good old days where anything was possible.

  • I really agree. I was born in 1991 too :) I grew up with Disney classics. I've learned a lot from them!

  • Same here, you're so right! :)

  • '92 but still i was was raised on disney.

  • @mandosaro i agree, i was born in 1992, and grew up with beauty and the beast, sleeping beauty and the lion king, what do kid's have now with that magic in it? nothing!

  • @mandosaro magic has been replaced with graphics; at least the classics challenged the imagination and presented a decent heartfelt story...

  • @mandosaro hey me too! my childhood. a good one too :)

  • @mandosaro I totally agree.. Was born the year after you and I grew up watching the disney classics and I still watch them and love them =D I wish they could continue making these kinds of movies <3

  • @mandosaro I have to say though. Tangled was a really great addition. Not the same but a great new one.

  • my childhood memories thanks for the upload <3

  • Thank you so much. I loved singing along to my childhood favourite, they still are today . I am so happy i was born in 1993. I was born able to watch the brilliant classis rather than the ribbish today like hannah montanna & hsm etc.

  • @JennyAndNateFan

I agree with what you said =)

  • oh god i am crazy for these songs...

i swear on ms. potts i love disney more than anything in this world...its just so amazing! :]

  • @pandaluver189 wow you swear on mrs potts, thats awsome lol, long live classic disney, and cheers to the oldies

  • I love kindgoms heart that is my favorite video game ever and the second and third and DS one haha

  • i love these kinds of songs. x3

    *dances lightly to them*

    they're so... amazing. o=

it's finny, to be fifteen and think "these classics.. oh god. O-O" XD

i sound like an old lady e-o

  • Kingdom hearts rules. lol

  • Thanks

  • Kingdom Hearts brought me back to old disney films

  • Actually mewpanda96, Prince Philip was not the only one to fight for his princess. The Beast fought for Belle. It might not have been against a fire breathing dragon but he still fought for her. Prince Eric fought for Ariel against Ursula. He impaled Ursula with a boat. Robin Hood fought for Maid Marian. He wasn't a prince, but he still fought for her. Anastasia fought for Dimitri at the end of the movie. She killed Rasputin and saved him. Thats why she's my favorite princess.

  • I was just going to write that. Though, Anastasia was not a Disney movie. Belle was not a princess until after she wed Beast. Ariel is a prime example though I suppose what she mean were older Princesses. =]

  • Omg.. I cant beleive i'm actually old enough to say "They don't make em like they used to" :P

    I'm 14 an i love all these classics :D

  • @TheSmiley773 sad fact about todays generation isnt it, but at least you can appreaciate the classics, unlike some of your generation whod rather be watching fucky montana lol

  • wtf is kingdom hearts?

  • Its a video game that uses both Final Fantasy characters and Disney characters with new characters to make a kick ass game.

  • do they make that for ps3?

  • Pretty much it was only a PS game

  • wtf is KH?

  • Kingdom Hearts

  • Love them all....!!! (L)

  • i always loved the Prince from Sleeping Beauty the best because he actually FOUGHT for the girl he loved. He didn't just walk up and kiss her or send someone else to make girls try on shoes. I always found it romantic that he came to her rescue. ACTUALLY CAME!!!! ^.^

  • good point. lol i never realized that :)

  • As I recall, Beast fought for Belle.

  • thats true. But I was thinking about the older, actual princesses. Belle didn't become a princess until she was with Beast. Don't get me wrong though, Belle is my favorite princess!

  • Auora has the best princess disney voice

  • I hate Snow White's voice.

  • i know rite? I watched Snow White for the first time in years and i was like," I dont remember her voice being so...annoying."

  • WOW im 14 and i still love the disney classics. amazing!

  • you will say the same years...no decades from now. this is ageless. Salud!

  • @ChileanGirlGery i am 17 going to 18 and i still love Disney`s classics

  • @gabybob12 see these are the things that no matter what age we will never get tired of! :D

  • I love the name Aurora. so pretty just like the character.

  • aurora is beautiful

  • there were great voices on disney then

  • I like Sleeping Beauty, it's my favorite.

  • now how come cinderella's hair is blonde blonde everywhere else but here and in the actual older movie...she's got this orangish hair? hmm...

  • its just people and gingers....theyre too different. blondes are better according to the media (im a ginger myself)

  • i love all disney films =]

  • I really liked Sleeping Beauty. It's one of my favorites.

(But, seriously, does she look or sound like a sixteen year old!? I don't think so!)

  • arghh !! uhmp, disney channel now is nice but no one can ever be nicer than the old disney!! uhmm, missed it :(

  • SNOW WHITE IS SO ANNOYING! lol she's cute. but lord that voice ugh

  • @omgshesweirdo yes i kno! i was rewatchin snow white and i realized tht the shut her eyes or fluttered thm SO many times in the movie!

  • @omgshesweirdo

    i like her voice ^-^

  • @omgshesweirdo yeah...you can tell they hadn't perfected the casting or animation at that point! i think that was the first one

  • @omgshesweirdo Definitely agree...

  • I Love Disney Movies XD

  • haha snow white 's voice gives me the shivers; she is one of the annoying princes no offence (the least i like) but yh the other two rock...they should have more brunette princesses -- there is only belle i can think of? :|

  • There is Mulan and Jasmine- both brunettes

  • There's are more of a black but what about meg on Hercules or Anastasia even though there not princesses there like it...

  • Comment removed

  • Anastassia is not a disney movie, so she doesn't count.

  • oops i thought it was but still... XD

  • she's still a classic!

and on a more serious side (this is gonna get boring) similar music techniques are used in Fox too, the only difference is that Fox isn't scared of the minor keys, Disney doesn't have any main themes in a minor key as far as I know (see? boring).

  • savages from pocahontas?

  • Cinderella's voice is the sweetest and warmest voice I've ever heard...It's great to remember these songs ^^

  • Squeee!

    i love a cinderella !! ^^

  • Comment removed

  • Cinderella - A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes

Sleeping Beauty - Once Upon A Dream

    :)

    (also KH RULES!! ^^)

  • OMG i didn't mean 2 put that lol i was watching the sleeping beauty 1 when i put that comment and i forgot it switches different songs lol *im so stupid* anyway i no kingdom hearts does rule!!! =)

    srry again...

  • Thank god for KH, because it got me back into Disney.

  • OMFG!!! THATS EXACTLEY WHY I'M HERE! lol I played KH and KHII a while ago - but i just finished re:CoM and was all "I miss disney..." and sat down and watched all the classics XD

  • I played KH since it first came out (I was in fourth grade then) and my Disney love was dying then. but playing it brought back memories and introduced me to the Final Fantasy series.

  • I love disney songs & movies !

  • thanks for making these videos. i love disney songs!

  • Wow auora sounds way pretty but she is like impossibly high!!!!!

Snow white is very very whiny but still better than most people could do.

  • i love these three songs, course the first time i heard Whistle While You Work was from Sing-A-Long Disneyland Fun ^^'

  • I Love Sleeping Beauty sooooo much, I miss all the old disney films!!!! but not so keen on snow white lol x

  • wow...i don't remember snow white being so whiney sounding.

  • has it ever occurred to you guys that snow white is only 14? and yet she is still a princess... still.

i love cinderellas song and her voice!

  • um how is she only 14?

  • idk

they're just little facts that i heard of

    XD
