first of all no, you dont use wax on a prail. you just get more speed second. hold your other foot on that torque, it will look so much cleaner

Me and my Dad are treing to make some p-rails. How do you get the tube to stick to the base?

you drill a hole big enuf 4 the drill to go in and screw it down on a 6 by 8 piece of wood

that will work, but if you skate hard, you might want to use Gorilla Glue and activate it with water when you apply it, trust me. once it dries. the pvc pipe will NEVER come off.
