Abuismeal1..........The fact is that the ocean floor leaks oil constantly on its own because of fissures in the rock, earthquakes etc. The spillage resulting from man made endeavors is negligible in comparison.
@patriotsdesign The first part of your statement is true, however, the second part is misleading, first of all that oil is at the bottom of the oceans and nature has it's own defense mechanisms such as bacteria to control this just like the tar sands. The real problem with oil is the drips and drops from cars. over 100 exxon valdez spills a year in NA. this oil attachs to sediment and layers the streams, rivers etc. Life concentrates at the interface from water to land. cheers K
@signupsigma a local university is actually testing plant growth rates and the plants with oil lift and oil are growing even faster then the base line plants that have not being exposed to oil. really amazing.
@oillift What kind of plants? And how is the plant responding to the "new" nutrition? Is the oil neutralized within the plant or just accumulated/concentrated?
Quite curious about that actually! Have heard stories from long ago (unconfirmed of course) about diesel spills on soils for plants that was neglected, and the result was that the plants grew just as much and in some parts more on the polluted area.
@mectechman1 when you think about oil is fossil fuel from dead tree's, the plants just eat the carbon, Trinity Western did a study with oil lift and the polluted plants treated with oil lift grew faster then the un pollutted controls. I'll link a video in the comments for this. the basic idea is when you have small spills that are not economically practical to clean up we hopefully teach people to not directly discharge into streams. we basically, need to give nature a little help. cheers kevin
@COBOLD the answer is Yes and No, on the yes side the Oil Lift oil remover will work on anything and remove the oil. basically it goes through the oil and debonds it. On the No part I'm still not sure if cleaning a collector item effects the value of the money. I've asked multiple coin dealers about using our metal tile and grout cleaner to restore old coins and they are debating and debating and debating. personally if its a collector item I would air on the side of caution and not touch it.
@gotmildew if you want read the solution google Oil Spill Clean Up is one big Proven Money making Conspiracy Gulf of Mexico Oil spill or just read it on the press release page or blog on my site oillift dot net cheers kevin
