i never knew that the jungle book that they dubbed and aired in the early 90's in hindi was actually an anime untill today.the hindi opening for me is a lot better since this show was very popular in my country back in the day.but watching the jap opening is another expierence.btw does anyone know how many episodes does this anime have exactly ?

I always found it crazy how the the hindi version had all hindi-fied backgroundmusic :D Maybe that added to why it was so popular in your country! Well, my personal favorit is the German version, since I grew up with it. But in the end, the original still is the best. :D

One of the few times I prefer the new opening song that it was done for the Spanish version ( I don't know if the music was also used in other versions) better than the original theme. How memorable was the Spanish melody. The visual footage, though, is pretty much the same.

Wow, this is the first time I've heard the Japanese versions of the OP/EN of the series. Its too bad they never translated it in English for th English dub, especially the ending theme. Great post!
