I wish you provide me with some help, I want to take the Ielts exam, It depends more on the British as you know, In my city it will be hard for me to find a place teaches British English, So would you suggest a solution.

Ummmm! Really you need to take a course which places emphasis on British grammar. It is a British test, so the test is predominantly British. I recommend you take lessons either privately or in a course which teaches either British English or even better, someone who teaches British and American English simultaneously.
