I am a radio station owner and have never received any communication from the government that I was told to keep confidential. All I got was a link on the FCC website explaining how to do the National EAS test. I received no FCC mail on this matter. This is BEYOND stupid... the FCC has ALWAYS determined what goes out over the airwaves... since the 1930s, at least... and part of the reason the EAS system needs to be able to alert people of emergencies is because your local corporate owned automated "radio station" (iPod) is gonna keep playing the hits while the world burns!
