  • this belongs on a TV next to the mona lisa, playing over and over

  • It's the low camera angle it would be around parallel if a different angle was used :)

  • look at the club head between his arms at the top, does he use too much right arm?

  • i think his weak grip and bowed wrist should go, i liked it better when his swing would square up naturally and rotate freely back then, its a stupid idea if you ask me that he has a weak grip and a bowed wrist at the top .. .that's called squaring up the club..., why not have a squared wrist with a grip that squares up the club naturally on the down swing, he trys to hold his wrist through impact while swinging it 120 mph... what is that? and the lay off.. its just not a natural swing..

  • like a bullet

  • for everyone saying his bowed wrist needs to go. you're wrong. his club face is parallel to his left arm which is textbood positioning. a cupped of even flat wrist will leave the face openbecause he has a weak grip.

  • @hockeysupasta4 you are wrong. textbook is when the clubface is parallel or even with the left wrist. textbook doesn't say you should have a reversed cupped wrist. because of having a neutral grip, if his wrist is flat at the top, the clubface will then be perfectly aligned to his wrist. if anything in this video, the clubface is a little closed.

  • i think if tiger had a square wrist at the top, and started his address with a open stance like lee trivino he would be alright

  • Amazing

  • yeah look you notice at the top of his back swing his wrist is more than flat its arch the other way a little more this was not a shot meant to play

  • yep....player pointed this out a while back too......If Tiger can get that damn bow out of his wrist at the top he will be in much better shape..

  • @MFBueno63

obviously you have no idea about a golf swing.....

  • @chrben22

i have no idea about golf swings??? i know alot about the gold swing and when tiger had a strong grip and flat left wrist, he hit it alot straighter.....he has too much speed in his body to be swinging the way he is....hence why he is currently changing...and guess what, his wrist is now flat if not cupped at the top of his swing...

  • i dont really care what he does in his personal life. All I care about his golfing. People need to stop being so noisy.

  • I love Tiger but I think this is his problem, hitting to many strippers.

  • @Ted407262 he doesnt hit enough of them when he does he sets his self up well wish he would do it more often

  • @Ted407262 i dont think it his problem because tiger hasnt ever really been the master of his driver been the stinger being his safe shot sets himself in the middle of the fairway everytime

  • @MityMitch Totally agree with you MityMitch if Tiger got his driver more consistently in the Fairway he would be way better

  • @Ted407262 I think that was tigers key to playing good golf, hitting all those strippers...

  • @Ted407262

How can you even say that? The stinger is a one of a kind shot that only mr woods handles...

  • thats a fun shot to have. its beautiful under pressure

  • i mean i had these types of shot just not when i wanted them... i just somehow got it but these guys just fucking know how to do this

  • I've had only 1 shot like that. I used a 3 hybrid on a par 3. About 210yards. I told my dad this ball is gonna go low, and it did. On the green, but being me I 3 putted. LMAO. Anyway, nice shot Tiger.

  • absolute delofting the club!

  • No, according to his official web page, he's using a 15° 3 Wood.

  • He hit that so pure its not even funny. It looks like a freakin air plain..

  • haha yeah seriously, cleared for takeoff

  • @AbbyKnightsFtw air plane

  • @AbbyKnightsFtw airplane, one word...

  • one word "practice"

  • sometimes I think all we want to do is say something we really want to say....being a pro or not is an entirely different story...

  • My 17-years-prayer has been answered...

  • those pros can conrol that ball so easily it makes me sick :)

  • I want to win 2010 Thailand Open...

I want to play the Augusta National....

I want to win at Saint Andrews...Scotland...

I want to be the best golfer Thailand ever has...and will ever have...

  • u any good?

  • yes...sort of...

But I have to find my will....

  • well typing up comments like this on utube aint gonna make u a pro

  • seeing this video enlightens me and my understanding about the mechanics of great golf swing...

This video has solved my important puzzle ...Thanks

  • he says he does it with soft hand and his release, not leaning on it or moving forward.

  • you do this by altering the action and timing of the right hip...

  • I agree sort of. I think it'smostly the steep angle of attack he puts on to the shot.

  • nope, he wouldve taken a divot, what makes the shot low is his left hand delofting the club at impact.

  • true! Tiger does hit the ball with a bent left wirst. Suprisingly he hits all shots with a bent left wrist(delofted) and still hits the ball higher than anyone on tour. With a wood, you don't have to take a divot for the swing to be steep. Take a look at the clubs path and you'll see it hit the ground. Even though it didn't peel a divot, it still touches the ground. The reason it doesn't peel a divot is because of the spoon shape of the 3-wood.

  • Well i think we can all agree that if it was b/c of his steep angle of attack, it would just shoot up in the air so we can take that out......

  • this is fantastic...thanks

  • puts the ball back on your strance and keeps the follow through low. also he has a much steeper take away than normal.

  • How the hell does he do that???????

  • good post dude
