No one will ever know what happened between Trace and his second wife on that night when she shot him. Since he did not press charges I believe he knew he was at fault. My mother was murdered when I was seventeen by a stalker with a handgun so I have learned a little about forgiveness. I stand by my earlier remark, he is still one sexy man.

@marie3673 cheating is a sin. cheating on someone who was cheating on you is worse. revenge can destroy you in confusing and possibly dangerous ways. getting revenge as a payback in any way is a big sin. it shows others that you have a little bit of evil in your mind.

@redbackwolf amen to that. i'll add this: if you show your love and honesty to someone you care about, there is a good chance they won't lie to you. forgiving someone for a sin they've commited also shows your love.

My ex was a chronic cheater and I forgave time after time cause I was raised to forgive and honor vows. My reward was him walking out on us on christmas day to be with his slut from 25 yrs before that he went with in high school. Now, im engaged to one who wouldnt cheat if his life depended on it and hes stuck with pyscho bitch, regretting it every day.
