1. No, I'm not a pro, but I'm striving to make the best out of my God given talent and equipment :)

2. Well, that's the value closest to the original I could find, so I had to put it like that so I didn't have to time stretch it. You can set it like that by dragging the digits after the comma, instead of the digits before it. I think you can adjust it by right clicking and typing in a value yourself too.
