Also PC version doesn't have that said censorship since it was released later (subsequent later releases of a product and any changes it has can still bear the previous version's rating).

Rockstar (and the gaming community) could care less about the bullshit the media makes up to scare parents. They will definitely make GTA V. If they were to cancel any future installments in the series, there would be an uproar. It would be a huge middle finger if they stopped because some bitch on CNN complained about Junior running over a prostitute or something.
