  • Im 16 go to my channel i do more weight than that and more reps and i do it properly, you did it wrong, you like dropped it next time go down slower.

  • ha lol i got some friend thats 120 17 years old and is super scrawny and he can curl two 60 pound free weights for reps. it kida reminded me of this vid

    In my new video I got 220

  • A 205 bench is pretty freeking good for a 12-year-old!  Keep working at it and you'll be up to a 300 lb max by the time you're 15, if not sooner. Are you a bigger than average 12-year-older? I can't tell from the video.

  • @BigandTan When I was 16, I weighed 154 lbs. and could bench 90 lbs. 6 times on a good day. So you're still pretty damn strong in my book!
