  • 0024681,

A 1 out of 10? I'm not trying to claim that this clip is monumental but I don't think it's quite THAT bad.

  • Cool! That was Ethan on the Dobro and Cody on the Bass! Not one of Ethan's better solo's though. He was much better at Grey Fox this year. :)

  • ha! i knew it. your a hill billy!! red neck!! your mom is also your dads sister!! hahaha

  • very nice, the band sounded great first time i heard for myself. i've met sarah before through patrick mcavinue who i would recommend checking out if you've never heard of him. thanks for posting this video.

  • I want to see more

  • Thanks for posting this! I finally made it to Grey Fox this year, but I didn't get to witness any of this type of jamming while I was there... youtube is better than nothing!

  • Hi, you just need to walk around more and not be stuck at the stages. Plenty of time for a little of everything there. Little gems of jams everywhere, but you gotta stick your nose in and listen. People don't mind. The Fitzmaurice Band was playing in the most popular place on the hill -- right next to Septic Avenue, across from the Kids Tent.....I hope you find some good jams next year when you come back!!!...Steve

  • @steveide59 Yeah septic the sewer.

  • Thanks a lot for posting this. I'm the banjo player for this group and I was wondering if someone would post us on here after Grey Fox. The girls like to really ramp this song up, but I like it a little slower.

Just to make a slight correction, we aren't really a family band. The girls are twins, and used to go by the Fitzmaurice Sisters, but we changed it to the Fitzmaurice Band about 6 months ago.

  • Thanks for letting me know. I took "family" out of the description here. I wasn't sure. You guys blew me away. Wish I had seen you on stage!....Steve

  • Thank you. We had a little trouble with the sound on stage, but we still got some good feedback.

  • you're awesome! greetings from the bho
