what you do is make and hide your own vin on your car and take out one of your spark plugs and hide it somewhere in your car or take if with you hahaha lol or gps
y'all, correct me if i am wrong, but undercover cops can't use narcotics or psychoactive drugs that are "illegal" right? weed is the least harmful drug, it has never killed anyone, even caffeine kills more people with a staggering 1500 yearly on average, so basically if you got everyone to smoke weed and make a weed part of the initiation, you wouldn't have undercover cops? And you wont have to beat your members into initiation, just make them smoke .

first off, he probably just swapped computers from the cars if the other car had a good one... theres no way to alter the vin number once its set in the computer. there fore you need a new computer.

All you have to do is log into the files and hack into the mainframes. If youre a good hacker you can do it. Its not impossible. You just have to bypass the codelocks and firewalls that they have set. And presto, youre in and can alter the computers information any way you please. Its not that hard, I could do it if I wanted to.
boy you never worked for a car deailer b for. the software we use to program the computer will do a compleat format on the eprom that stored the vin. all you do after is rewrite the rom with the new vin. the computer then ask for the manufacture password do to a blank epprom and you just enter it iin and it writes the new vin in.
no you dont with the software you can change it. What if you used a wreck ECU in another car, you'd have to change it right? Where'd he get good enough counterfeits to go on all the vins and hidden vins, and the titles thats harder
How were the VIN numbers of accident damaged cars used? Because cars which are extensively damaged are registered on databases as INSURANCE WRITE OFFS and therefore the vehicle should not be aloud to be re-registered.
@wtfyouagain repairable write offs, ccars with damages that are too expensive for the insurance company to fix. so its cheaper just to replace them all together, but the car is still repairable and able to be registered.
