The Dominionists trying again to make the law of the USA based on some book of stories from a time when it's "truth" also included that the world was flat and the universe revolved around the Earth. The FRC, yes, has been deemed a hate group. The "problem" of same-sex marriage is that now, loving and committed gay couples can marry. The end. Yes, that's definitely a problem. For homophobes! ;-)
Bigot christians, never use scientific facts to back up there outrageous statments. Its a shame that this is what has come of this religion. If ignorance is bliss, these people must be pretty fucking blissful. Let it be known, that homosexuality has been here since the dawn of time, and it isnt going anywhere! OUT OF YOUR CLOSETS AND INTO THE STREETS FELLOW HOMOS.
wwwDOTmyweddingDOTcomFORWARDSLASHericjason See a REAL loving, same gender Christian couple married for ten years. I am saddened over the twists, lies and distortions this video/film portrays. It's time we open our hearts and ears to Gods voice of inclusion. This video/film hurts many many families. Sad!!!
Look, you nitwits, you're free to practice your religion and its beliefs, but leave our decent and wonderful LGBT people ALONE! Why can't you people understand that you don't get to make your 'religious' beliefs the law of our civil government? Seriously, are you haters that thick headed not to understand you don't get make your religious belief the civil law of the land?
The SPLC, after thorough examination, a LONG period of review, and monitoring, have concluded that the fundamentalist christian Family Research Council (along with several other similar organizations) fall under the definition of being a Hate Group, because they spread demonstrably KNOWN falsehoods about gay people as verified by every major medical, sociological, psychological, historical, child welfare, and legal organization in America with relevant things to say on the subject.
Dont like gay marriage - DONT marry someone of the same gender - see easy! Dont liek that TV show - Change the channel.....dont like that radio station - change it, dont like what that person is saying - dont listen. NOw BUt the Fuck out of other peoples lives.
There are so many things wrong with the issue of same-sex marriage that I am surprised they could fit everything into one DVD. The secular and religious arguments and evidence would fill up a series of DVDs.
I don't know...maybe we'll see "The Problem with Same-Sex Marriage Part 2" soon?
Grace. Matthew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations. This is the "Job" of the believers. Revelation 17 shows us an apostate church controlling Government(on the back of the beast) legislating religious laws from a false Christian religious system seen in Revelation 13 verses 11 to 17. These groups are taking people away from the "Job" of getting the word of God out in love, truth and peace but try legislating laws of Babylon.
The REAL problem with same-sex marriage is that the couples make themselves the subjects of attacks and bigotry by nosy fundamentalists. "Love Thy Neighbor" is fraudulent dogma!
God won't condone sin as outlined in Romans 1:26. Whether so-called same-sex marriage is legalized or not doesn't matter to Him. He said, "But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. Math 10:6-9
The producers of this film, Family Research Council, his been declared a HATE GROUP by the highly respected Southern Poverty Law Center. They are spreading misinformation and fomenting discrimination against gay people. How does same sex marriage hurt them? Are they afraid that being gay is such a wonderful thing that the whole world will "chose" to be gay? I hope this hateful bunch doesn't recruit more ignorant followers.
@ScooterUnkeThe SPLC is a "highly respected group" only by the people who share their worldview; just like FRC is also "highly respected" by people who share theirs. Add to your "ad hominem" attack the equally insipid accusation that people like the FRC are afraid of homosexuality because they secretly think it's such a wonderful thing and if left unchecked, everybody will want to be gay" is absurd to the point of being too inane to even make fun of.
@VorthosForum Most people share that worldview. In fact, Atheism is the fastest growing religion (if you could call it that) in the US. Too many people are waking up to the insane babble and hatemongering of the religious and rejecting it.
@medic192575 Technically atheism is not a religion, it is a rejection of religion and theistic beliefs (a-theism or no-theism). It's no more a religion than bald is a hair color, non-stamp collecting is a hobby, or sitting on the couch is a sport.
Religions have doctrines, tenets, dogma, rituals and a set of beliefs that everyone is expected to embrace. While atheist groups exist, they have no set dogma or doctrine or beliefs that they are expected to embrace. Simply not believe in a god.
@EmeraldView I'm well aware of the definition of atheism, You are right atheism isn't a religion which is why I put "if you could call it that" in parentheses for the sake of this discussion. However, to say that atheists have no beliefs is complete bunk. Of course we have beliefs and morals. the difference between atheists and religious people is atheists have reasons to back up their beliefs rather than saying god said it, or "I learned it in church."
@VorthosForum sorry FRC is not highly respected. It passes inaccurate information about gays and pedophilia, amongst other things. It had to backtrack from a claim it made about a gay group (GLSEN) after the organization sent it a cease-and-desist letter.
Please cite the "misinformation" you claim that they are spreading.
Gay activists continually try to put pornographic language and images in front of kids because they are trying to destroy intellect with regard to homosexuality.
Biology is very clear. Sexual anatomy is designed for coitus and gamete cells only join heterosexually. Ignoring the facts does not change the facts. Sexual desires that contradict and function of your body constitutes a neurosis. That's biology not bigotry
Did you just say the SPLC is "highly respected"? You can't be serious. Any group that promotes normal heterosexual marriage, reveres the Constitution, or are Christian are labeled hate group by these traitorous fools. Do you believe that pedophiles and people who engage in bestiality are born that way as well? Or do they not get that honor?
@Erotogenesis Typical liberal. Flag anything you don't agree with and label it hate speech of a lie. There are none so intolerant as the champions of tolerance.
@VorthosForum FRC has already been shown to disseminate lies. Especially lies directed against a specific class of people; gay people. They are doing so in this very video. An officially recognized hate-group by the org that monitors such groups (as defined by objective criteria), is peddling a video containing lies and misinformation to lead people to faulty conclusions in an attempt to further inflict harm on the group they target. That *IS* grounds for flagging this video.
Hey listen, we can tolerate that you folks do not agree with our views on marriage equality and sexuality (despite the fact that there's plenty, and I repeat, PLENTY, of information out there that proves your side wrong). What we can't tolerate is the spreading of outright lies and dramatizations, this video a prime example.
@VorthosForum And Christians know all about being intolerant when it comes to views that differ from their own. AFA's own Bryan Fischer saying that Romney is not a real Christian so there fore is not worthy of being President. Tony Perkins donations to the KKK show true light to his inner heart.
The FRC is a very scary organization consumed with hatred, prejudice and lunacy. This video spreads such outlandish falsehoods it is completely risible!
This video is disgusting and filled with lies. Maggie Gallagher can't even testify in court about DOMA because she should be knowingly perjuring herself.
It's interesting. I really don't understand how granting civil union or marriage to gay couples affects christians. You are able to practice whatever religion you want in the US, because this is a free country. How does expanding the rights that you already enjoy to a group of people who are forbidden to enjoy it harm your rights? Remember this is a free country with separation of church and state, so your answer cannot be, "it's contrary to my religious doctrine."
@medic192575 I understand your position - it is held by a majority of people today. And if that is all it was - you live your life and I will live mine - I would be inclined to a agree. But it is not. The repercussions of normalizing homosexuality are even more profound than the normalization of out-of-wedlock births. This excellent and sobering DVD explain how and why. The "law of unintended consequences" is a bitch!
@medic192575 It is a myth to say that 'same-sex marriage' does not affect Christians. It will. I live in the United Kingdom and if the authorities here come across any parents teaching their own kids that homosexuality is wrong, then the social workers will come and take their kids away from them! Now tell me whether it affects us or not. We have the right to tell our own kids what we want. Would you not want to do the same whatever your principles are?
@ETworldjone I completely agree with that tactic. I think someone should step in and end this religious hatemongering. Would you support teaching children, who look to their parents as authority figures, to hate other minorities? Here's a thought, let the children decide for themselves when they are old enough to comprehend, rather than indoctrinating them with babble from a nearly 2000 year old book written by bigoted men.
@medic192575 The tactic that you agree with is quivalent to tactics employed in stalinist Soviet union and communist china. Goverment has no right to interfere in the personal lives of families and communities as long as it does not pose a threat to anyone. Teaching their own kids that something is wrong does not amount to hatred. Its like saying prents should not advise their children to not be fat otherwise they'll go and kill all the fat people.
@rextrek Your response shows how desperately ur trying to imply something that every sane and educated person would know I didn't say. BIG FAIL buddy. I don't have time for unintelligent people like you.
@medic192575 So, according to your logic you would ignore the child completely. What a nonsensical parent you must be. It means your child has to learn what is good and bad himself/herself even when he/she is not even capable of it. Thats stupidity and ignorance. And Ignorance amounts to child abuse.
I don't understand why you all are so narcissistic as to think that we should not get angry when you guys are trying to totally change the definition of marriage that was instituted by God Himself. The state has an interest in seeing a healthy nuclear family, that's why it is rewarded. Can you not see the breakdown of society since the 60's? If we are still here in 50 or so years, you will see every other abnormal sexual lifestyle demanding to be able to marry their "partner".
@1776iscoming Firstly, it's not narcissism. Secondly, I do not recognize your god and even if I did, marriage is not defined very well in the bible. It could take one of 3 courses. 1 Marriage is recognized by god when sexual intercourse occurs, 2. they are legally married, 3. they have an official ceremony. Furthermore, most icons in the old testament were polygamists. Also an interesting fact, the divorce rate for christians is higher than that of non-believers.
Yes, marriage is very well defined in the bible, Jesus pretty clearly stated "For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife,". By the way, Just because somebody calls themselves a Christian doesn't mean they are. There is no biblical support for divorce. The Church today is so watered down and become so ingrained with the world that it doesn't surprise me that there are believers getting divorce like it's no big deal. I pretty clearly stated why..
(cont'd) am opposed to the redefining of marriage. Not only is it in conflict with my faith but it is not good for society, there's a reason that traditional families marriage are rewarded by the states. Because strong nuclear families produce better citizens and a more stable society. Even the most pagan, wicked societies of ancient Rome and Greece never contemplated redefining marriage. In addition, once you totally redefine marriage to include one sexual include one sexual lifestyle, you..
@1776iscoming I am opposed to a group of people who cling to ideals penned by Shepherds 3,000 years ago, forcing said ideals on society at large. If that's how you want to live your life fine, but it does not give you the right to tell other people what they may or may not do and what rights they can and cannot enjoy. This is America and we are supposed to all be equal under the law.
You are equal under the law, marriage is not a right. If you want to see persecution, go to Iran or Afghanistan and see how they treat women and non-Muslims.
@1776iscoming Ah so now you have a monopoly on marriage? As someone mentioned before, the state issues marriage licenses not the church. I have worked as an International Paramedic in Riyadh, while not Afghanistan, it is a conservative Muslim country. I love how you guys sit behind your computer and pretend like you've been everywhere and know everything. All I see are some narrow minded gas bags who have their knickers in a twist, because they are losing their monopoly.
(cont'd) have set precedent for every other one not to be "discriminated" against. If we are still here in 30 or 40 years, I can 100% guarantee you that "marriage" will include animals and just about anything else that people are in sexual relationships with. The "extraordinary claim or POV" is coming from you, marriage has been defined the same way for thousands of years, you are the ones trying to change it, not us.
@1776iscoming I think we would agree that your group (christians) have enjoyed extra control and benefits for a long time and now that the balance is changing, you guys are making a fuss.
@1776iscoming Unfortunately, when you have an extraordinary claim or point of view, you have to be ready and willing to defend it. Christians don't seem to understand this well and think that they are somehow protected from skepticism. If I told you that I believed I was abducted by aliens and imparted with special knowledge about the cosmos and didn't have a shred of evidence, I would be ridiculed and ignored and rightly so.
@1776iscoming You may believe what you wish, but you should not expect to be put on a pedestal above reproach. If your beliefs are true and valid, all the skepticism an questioning in the world should only strengthen your position, therefore you should welcome it. That's how science works. Someone has a hypothesis, they test it, and if the tests show positive results it becomes a theory. That theory is peer reviewed by many other people to ensure it's accuracy.
I am so happy that there was no such thing as homosexual marriage when I was young. I'm afraid I would have been very angry at those responsible for me not having a normal childhood in a normal family. The parents of one school friend divorced and we all felt sorry for him...we all knew that a mother can never be a good father like a man can never make a good mother.
I hate to say this but I knew a few kids who were raised by same-sex couples. Of the 4 people I knew, only 1 of them turned out ok. The others became drug addicts, criminals and one is a drifter.
@Synth3t1cs Are you sure it was the parents' fault that they turned out badly? Or more specifically, are you sure it was the parents' homosexuality that caused the children to turn out badly? You may be confusing correlation with causation. I don't doubt that a lot of gay people would make crappy parents, but a lot of straight couples are crappy parents as well, and no one would claim that their being straight was the problem.
@ral1334 Well I can only provide annecdotal evidence but there is one strange fact. The guy who was raised by two lesbians turned out completely fine. The kids who were raised by two men were the ones who had the biggest problema. Although I would lay the blame on the parent in one case, in another case, the couple were two lawyers, living in a posh neighborhood, and were practically model parents.
@usorthem3 Statistics are still against the children raised in gay marriages, and male children are practically doomed if they are raised by a gay male couple.
Our nation isn't a religious organization-"but a Government" for the people (All the People) including gays & religious folks. Homosexuals have been gettin hitched since the beginning of time, & serving as hero's of ancient military's. Equality isn't a gay thing-but an everybody thing. Marriage is fundamental & belongs to everyone :)
@ksm1031 It's the possibility of procreation that gave rise to the institution of marriage in the first place. Where procreation is not possible in principal, marriage is not needed. It's as simple as that. So you're suggestion that homosexuals have the right to marry makes you want to change the concept, meaning and original foundation for marriage, in wich case it wouldn't be marriage any more.
@signofthehammer I'm straight and am getting married in two months. We don't plan on having children. Does this mean we shouldn't be allowed to get married?
@ral1334 no, because procreation is possible in principle, whereas in a homosexual couple it isn't. The fact that you're impotent or don't want to have children for example, doesn't change the definition or marriage in principal. An apple with a wurm still remains an apple in principal, the wurm isn't part of it's definition.
@signofthehammer I checked out your favorite videos on your page and realized that you're quoting an inane Alan Keyes argument, to which I have no response as it makes no sense whatsoever.
@ral1334 yep I'm quoting him. You have no response? I understand, but just don't say it doesn't make sense and expect me to believe you without giving an argument.
All men are created with certain unalienable rights to life-liberty & the pursuit of happiness. Bigotry is un-American & hurts gay kids & their families. Religion-so often a root of war-blinding the hearts of common men; The Crusades, The Inquisition, Jonestown/Koresh, 1st Sam 15:3, etc. Again I emphasize>"God is Love"-Togetherness & treating your neighbors equally, not divisive views or doctrine. If a chosen cult refuses marriage equality-so be it, separation provides for that. Cont>
It is "my opinion" the Christian "Religion" (not unlike Islam)-is a DoomsDay Cult-threatening "futures child" and peace & security in the world. The only reason anyone would be against-equality (which should belong morally to every citizen)-is the prejudice of those involved in a religious dogma. God is NOT a doctrine. God IS>Love, Togetherness & treating your neighbors equally. Calling Hatred & prejudice-Love, IS A LIE.
@ksm1031 How in the world did you come to the fallacious conclusion? God is not a doctrine? Have you read the scriptures and its doctrinal teachings? Have you heard of Moses, Joshua, Isaiah, Jesus, Paul, James, etc.? If these men weren't dogmatic in their inspired teachings by God, then I am not sure what bible have you read... :-\
Marriage licenses are issued by the state, not the church. No religion is necessary for a marriage to be legal or recognized.

"receiving the piece of paper that said I had contracted...AIDS..."
Why does every "former" homosexual shown off to society by these ex-gay pigheads have to be the most stereotypical?
When will we see someone who was NOT drug-addicted, substance-abusing, and promiscuous with a bad family life before their so-called "change"?
I guess the answer will be never, since this industry is so caught up in highlighting the negative prejudices of LGBT folks.
what a shame.

Math 10:6-9
God will not join 2 men or 2 women together.

ScooterUnke 6 months ago 9
@ScooterUnkeThe SPLC is a "highly respected group" only by the people who share their worldview; just like FRC is also "highly respected" by people who share theirs. Add to your "ad hominem" attack the equally insipid accusation that people like the FRC are afraid of homosexuality because they secretly think it's such a wonderful thing and if left unchecked, everybody will want to be gay" is absurd to the point of being too inane to even make fun of.
VorthosForum 3 months ago 2
@VorthosForum Most people share that worldview. In fact, Atheism is the fastest growing religion (if you could call it that) in the US. Too many people are waking up to the insane babble and hatemongering of the religious and rejecting it.
medic192575 3 months ago 2
@medic192575 Technically atheism is not a religion, it is a rejection of religion and theistic beliefs (a-theism or no-theism). It's no more a religion than bald is a hair color, non-stamp collecting is a hobby, or sitting on the couch is a sport.
Religions have doctrines, tenets, dogma, rituals and a set of beliefs that everyone is expected to embrace. While atheist groups exist, they have no set dogma or doctrine or beliefs that they are expected to embrace. Simply not believe in a god.
EmeraldView 3 months ago
@EmeraldView I'm well aware of the definition of atheism, You are right atheism isn't a religion which is why I put "if you could call it that" in parentheses for the sake of this discussion. However, to say that atheists have no beliefs is complete bunk. Of course we have beliefs and morals. the difference between atheists and religious people is atheists have reasons to back up their beliefs rather than saying god said it, or "I learned it in church."
medic192575 2 months ago
@VorthosForum sorry FRC is not highly respected. It passes inaccurate information about gays and pedophilia, amongst other things. It had to backtrack from a claim it made about a gay group (GLSEN) after the organization sent it a cease-and-desist letter.
notaniceguy34 3 months ago 2
@ScooterUnke

VorthosForum 3 months ago

Hey listen, we can tolerate that you folks do not agree with our views on marriage equality and sexuality (despite the fact that there's plenty, and I repeat, PLENTY, of information out there that proves your side wrong). mmhmmhoneybee 3 months ago 2
@VorthosForum And Christians know all about being intolerant when it comes to views that differ from their own. AFA's own Bryan Fischer saying that Romney is not a real Christian so there fore is not worthy of being President. Tony Perkins donations to the KKK show true light to his inner heart.

It's interesting. I really don't understand how granting civil union or marriage to gay couples affects christians. You are able to practice whatever religion you want in the US, because this is a free country. How does expanding the rights that you already enjoy to a group of people who are forbidden to enjoy it harm your rights? Remember this is a free country with separation of church and state, so your answer cannot be, "it's contrary to my religious doctrine."
medic192575 8 months ago 18
@medic192575 I understand your position - it is held by a majority of people today. And if that is all it was - you live your life and I will live mine - I would be inclined to a agree. But it is not. The repercussions of normalizing homosexuality are even more profound than the normalization of out-of-wedlock births. This excellent and sobering DVD explain how and why. The "law of unintended consequences" is a bitch!
zoeway77 6 months ago
@medic192575 It is a myth to say that 'same-sex marriage' does not affect Christians. It will. I live in the United Kingdom and if the authorities here come across any parents teaching their own kids that homosexuality is wrong, then the social workers will come and take their kids away from them! Now tell me whether it affects us or not. We have the right to tell our own kids what we want. Would you not want to do the same whatever your principles are?
ETworldjone 3 months ago
@ETworldjone I completely agree with that tactic. I think someone should step in and end this religious hatemongering. Would you support teaching children, who look to their parents as authority figures, to hate other minorities? Here's a thought, let the children decide for themselves when they are old enough to comprehend, rather than indoctrinating them with babble from a nearly 2000 year old book written by bigoted men.
medic192575 3 months ago 3
@medic192575 The tactic that you agree with is quivalent to tactics employed in stalinist Soviet union and communist china. Goverment has no right to interfere in the personal lives of families and communities as long as it does not pose a threat to anyone. Teaching their own kids that something is wrong does not amount to hatred. Its like saying prents should not advise their children to not be fat otherwise they'll go and kill all the fat people.
ETworldjone 3 months ago
@ETworldjone so - you equate Obesity to gay people, and consenting adults? Really? WOW

@ETworldjone To answer your question. No, I would want my children to make an education decision on what the want to believe.
medic192575 3 months ago
@medic192575 So, according to your logic you would ignore the child completely. What a nonsensical parent you must be. It means your child has to learn what is good and bad himself/herself even when he/she is not even capable of it. Thats stupidity and ignorance. And Ignorance amounts to child abuse.
ETworldjone 3 months ago
@medic192575
1776iscoming 3 weeks ago
@1776iscoming Firstly, it's not narcissism. Secondly, I do not recognize your god and even if I did, marriage is not defined very well in the bible. It could take one of 3 courses. 1 Marriage is recognized by god when sexual intercourse occurs, 2. they are legally married, 3. they have an official ceremony. Furthermore, most icons in the old testament were polygamists. Also an interesting fact, the divorce rate for christians is higher than that of non-believers.
medic192575 3 weeks ago
@medic192575
1776iscoming 3 weeks ago
(cont'd) am opposed to the redefining of marriage. Not only is it in conflict with my faith but it is not good for society, there's a reason that traditional families marriage are rewarded by the states. Because strong nuclear families produce better citizens and a more stable society. Even the most pagan, wicked societies of ancient Rome and Greece never contemplated redefining marriage. In addition, once you totally redefine marriage to include one sexual include one sexual lifestyle, you..
1776iscoming 3 weeks ago
@1776iscoming I am opposed to a group of people who cling to ideals penned by Shepherds 3,000 years ago, forcing said ideals on society at large. If that's how you want to live your life fine, but it does not give you the right to tell other people what they may or may not do and what rights they can and cannot enjoy. This is America and we are supposed to all be equal under the law.
medic192575 3 weeks ago
@medic192575
You are equal under the law, marriage is not a right. If you want to see persecution, go to Iran or Afghanistan and see how they treat women and non-Muslims.
1776iscoming 2 weeks ago
@1776iscoming Ah so now you have a monopoly on marriage? As someone mentioned before, the state issues marriage licenses not the church. I have worked as an International Paramedic in Riyadh, while not Afghanistan, it is a conservative Muslim country. I love how you guys sit behind your computer and pretend like you've been everywhere and know everything. All I see are some narrow minded gas bags who have their knickers in a twist, because they are losing their monopoly.
medic192575 2 weeks ago
(cont'd) have set precedent for every other one not to be "discriminated" against. If we are still here in 30 or 40 years, I can 100% guarantee you that "marriage" will include animals and just about anything else that people are in sexual relationships with. The "extraordinary claim or POV" is coming from you, marriage has been defined the same way for thousands of years, you are the ones trying to change it, not us.
1776iscoming 3 weeks ago
@1776iscoming I think we would agree that your group (christians) have enjoyed extra control and benefits for a long time and now that the balance is changing, you guys are making a fuss.
medic192575 3 weeks ago
@1776iscoming Unfortunately, when you have an extraordinary claim or point of view, you have to be ready and willing to defend it. Christians don't seem to understand this well and think that they are somehow protected from skepticism. If I told you that I believed I was abducted by aliens and imparted with special knowledge about the cosmos and didn't have a shred of evidence, I would be ridiculed and ignored and rightly so.
medic192575 3 weeks ago

Synth3t1cs 8 months ago 2
@Synth3t1cs Are you sure it was the parents' fault that they turned out badly? Or more specifically, are you sure it was the parents' homosexuality that caused the children to turn out badly? You may be confusing correlation with causation. I don't doubt that a lot of gay people would make crappy parents, but a lot of straight couples are crappy parents as well, and no one would claim that their being straight was the problem.
ral1334 8 months ago
@ral1334 Well I can only provide annecdotal evidence but there is one strange fact. The guy who was raised by two lesbians turned out completely fine. The kids who were raised by two men were the ones who had the biggest problema. Although I would lay the blame on the parent in one case, in another case, the couple were two lawyers, living in a posh neighborhood, and were practically model parents.

Our nation isn't a religious organization-"but a Government" for the people (All the People) including gays & religious folks. Homosexuals have been gettin hitched since the beginning of time, & serving as hero's of ancient military's. Equality isn't a gay thing-but an everybody thing. Marriage is fundamental & belongs to everyone :)
ksm1031 8 months ago
@ksm1031 It's the possibility of procreation that gave rise to the institution of marriage in the first place. Where procreation is not possible in principal, marriage is not needed. It's as simple as that. So you're suggestion that homosexuals have the right to marry makes you want to change the concept, meaning and original foundation for marriage, in wich case it wouldn't be marriage any more.
signofthehammer 8 months ago
@signofthehammer I'm straight and am getting married in two months. We don't plan on having children. Does this mean we shouldn't be allowed to get married?
ral1334 8 months ago
@ral1334 no, because procreation is possible in principle, whereas in a homosexual couple it isn't. The fact that you're impotent or don't want to have children for example, doesn't change the definition or marriage in principal. An apple with a wurm still remains an apple in principal, the wurm isn't part of it's definition.

Cont>
ksm1031 8 months ago
It is "my opinion" the Christian "Religion" (not unlike Islam)-is a DoomsDay Cult-threatening "futures child" and peace & security in the world. The only reason anyone would be against-equality (which should belong morally to every citizen)-is the prejudice of those involved in a religious dogma. God is NOT a doctrine. God IS>Love, Togetherness & treating your neighbors equally. Calling Hatred & prejudice-Love, IS A LIE.
