Not saying this was definitely it or not. Just a likely suspect. Beside us putting these blinkly lights on ballons for special occasions I also give then away in our geocache. So likely a lot of people got them! I have about 50 left out of a batch of about 150. Again we give them away for fee to people in a game called geocaching. It's played online google search the term geocache. It's unkown how many more people may have done this same thing.
