Back when we started Burning Man, and for a while, it was frowned upon to record and share the Burning Man experience. We didn't want it to be come some mainstream commercial thing. We didn't want to attract authority oppression either. But now that Burning Man is becoming a household term, it's heartwarming to see it still remains free and wild... if you can afford to attend. lol.

If Burning man has condemned me to hell then the experience has totally been worth it. There is no other place I have felt so much acceptance or freedom of expression. The friends I've made there will be friends for a life time. This place is far greater then a giant party in the desert. It's a place for creative freedom, something that our society doesn't understand.

@Onenighttemptress I completely understand the draw as far as unfettered expression goes. If that was the only purpose of Burning Man I would be on board. However, what people are participating in has ritualistic aspects that are dependent upon the mental energy expended by its participants to work its magic. It also seems to require an openness and willingness for attendees to open their hearts and minds to supernatural forces. I disagree with you, as the price is not worth it.

I certainly can tell you in my mind there's nothing "evil" about it. Regardless, Burning man is not for everyone and it's good that there are people out there that dislike the idea of this event so much. Maybe it'll help control the event population a bit more. That way the rest of us can enjoy it without it get distorted by more people.

I find it interesting that so many people are willing to engage in this Luciferian ritual known as Burning Man. The fact that they have had to cap the Black Rock City population because it has grown so fast in the last 10 years is also fairly telling, as is the fact that similar sites are popping up around the United States to meet this hedonistic demand. To take part in Burning Man is to help those who practice the occult. This has its price and it is larger than the $300 price of admission.

Even performers need to buy a ticket to play.  Music is but a small small portion of what burning man. The massive amounts of art, culture and beauty is mind blowing. I recommend researching Burning man because there's no way I can explain it all in limited comment space.

Burning Man is as sincere as you make it. If you go out there and party balls and expect enlightenment to just punch you in the face, and for family to just fall in your lap... Sorry, you're going to be disappointed. But if you go out there with an open heart and connect sincerely with those around you, that's what it'll be.

Yeh, really cool video and the music is perfect. My wife and I have been at burningman three years now. It's awesome atmosphere, great people from all over the world, art, and never boring. It's definitely not for everyone but a great 'once in a lifetime' experience or a 'must go to' every year (we are in this category). We have seen a fight or two and other bad behavior including theft but it's not the normal behavior for 99.9% of the people there.
