  • That cheese press is so simple and fascinating!

  • Wow....this is the best CHEESY video out there....I wish it had subtitles. This is golden knowledge. Laugh all you want! Some day people will fight over knowledge how to make food.

Thank you so much Magyar lady and uploader! :D :D :D

  • Wow. That's waaay cool. Reminds me how they make cheese in Russia. These grandmas will save the world. This is real life.

  • Human ingenuity at its best, very nice to see the simplicity done with a wonderful knowledge, experience and skill.

  • @westislandkev Well said. Thanks for your comment, west....!

  • The beauty of women does not lie in how they look. Strong women, capable of and knowledgeable about almost anything. They are the true saviours of our world.

Yeah, I know I'm a bloke and my comments would be frowned upon in many countries, but, the truth will not be denied.

  • Are you aging this cheese or do you eat it shortly after it's made?

  • @boiledrootbeer You age it of course, for at least a month in a room with 10-18 °C at high humidity ideal 85%. Have a wooden surface for cheese. You flip it over every day, later after 2 weeks only twice a week, so that it rippenes evenly.

  • hahahahaha putting wood and then 2 bricks i almost peed myself the first time but i like it =)

  • fantastic!

  • Isteni finom. Én már ettem ilyen házi gyártású sajtot.

Csak annyi a különbség a bolti meg a házi között, mint a bolti, és a házi pálinka között.

  • I like it.

    No electricity needed,no plastic junk,

    just real,natural stuff.

We need to remember this, for the time when theres no power,no foodtransport.
