I like Seagal, I confess. And I knew going into this movie, that it would be anything but epic. It's not his worst movie, but the stunt doubles in the fight scenes really bugged me. You gotta wonder, how much did this film make at the Box Office ? Or did it go straight to video ? Avatar made $278 million opening weekend.... Today You Die grossed.... enough to keep the light bill on ? Seriously, how much did Seagal make doing this movie ? 10 Grand, maybe ? I AM a Fan though. Steve is cool.

I found it entertaining. Even though Seagal is in physical decline, he has a bit of a flair for comedy, and reinvents himself as a sort of middle aged bad guy quite well. I had to turn the subtitles "on" so I could follow all the dialog between Seagal and his black partner, who is also quite a character.
