This is Awesome and what our State National Guards are intended to do under their state charters.
What is sad is the fact they are now under the Control of FEMA. This gentlemen poses that the Gevernment was the saviour here. And without them this could not have been a success.
The Truth is quite the opposite. It is American citizens under there own will who have come together to save their own city or help fellow Americans get through. Citizens saved FARGO not the Government!
