  • @EarnanOMaille Woodcock is talking about how we view time and how it can be used against us, nothing to do with physics as such :P

  • Just elaborating, its about how through the change from a feudal system to industrialized society & beyond, time became like an object that was dissected, packaged & sold.Workers sold their time & not the accumulated products, thus becoming exploited by the"capitalist bourgeoisie",as they where made to work as fast & as efficiently as possible to produce the most product in the shortest time.Only to get scraps of the overall profit off their time.It bases heavily on marxs ideas on land & capital

  • oh that was @niriop & EarnanOMaille

  • @mattbrownbill P.s and also that as the environment became more industrial and mechanically clockwork man and society became more mechanized, unnatural and time obsessed

  • so i had to read this for a class, and i couldnt get into it, so i good searched for cliff notes but this is WAY better, thank you! you are my hero! and this essay actually turned out to be really interesting! it makes me question the relativity of time. and makes me want to rebel by being late for work... of course I hardly need another excuse for that! thank you! this was very well done, and i greatly appreciate it!

  • @0captainXmorgan0 Thanks, but although I made the video, the audio itself is from the good people at audio anarchy.org :)
