  • There was only 3 options to fight Japan at the time. starve them to death, Drop the bomb or a full on assault. Japanese people where not the people of today. Lets think how much they cared about human life at the time. the Bataan death march. A war crime in it self. Chaining them self's to there guns. This was a harden war class of people. There would have been much more loss of life with out this bomb being dropped. It was a shit thing to do to Japan but it was the only way to end that war.

  • Americans go to church because they know themselves that they have a lot of sins in their lifetimes. They killed tons of Native Americans, enslaved blacks for 350 years, dropped atomic bombs twice, invaded innoncent countries such as Vietnam, Iraq, and Lybia........Dont trust white ppl, especially you. You can be their NEXT Target.

  • @mcblackjesus zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Shall we talk about the JOMON PEOPLE? OR HOW ABOUT THE RYUKUAN PEOPLE? OR HOW ABOUT THE AINU PEOPLE.

Actually we can't say too much about the JOMON PEOPLE since they DON'T EXIST ANYMORE BECAUSE OF BEING TOTALLY EXTERMINATED BY THE japanese. Speaking of NEXT. WE SHALL TALK ABOUT THE RYUKUAN PEOPLE AND AINU PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOW BEING DRIVEN TO EXTINCTION BECAUSE OF THE japanese. Pfft. hypocrite much?

  • @mcblackjesus Where you ever around for any of these war's?Where you there fighting them? If not. What gives you the right to comment of things you dont know first hand about?I never did understand how people like you can sit back & cry about things you dont fully understand. Not all Americans believe in gods. White people? There where Blacks, Hispanics,African Americans & even Japanese Americans fighting in that war. Man you look stupid right now!Brush up on your history before commenting back

  • White Americans are REAL EVILS.... killed tons of Native Americans, enslaved blacks for 350 years, dropped atomic bombs twice toward human beings, invaded innocent nations such as Vietnam, Iraq, and Lybia...Now Americans are the fattest people in the world......American's one meal is equal to Japanese' two meals and African's four meals......stop justifying. No one likes Americans.

  • @mcblackjesus mcblackracistloser.

  • white people are real evils

  • @mcblackjesus And you are very racist.

  • I went there a week ago and Hiroshima was a very beautiful and nice city as you said . So I couldn't imagine what happened there over 60 years ago. I also visited the Atomic Bomb Museum and I saw somehing like a hell. We should really remember what happened in Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

At the same time, I don't know why but I couldn't help thinking about the East Japan Earthquake and the daed ,the missing and the evacuees.

We never forget them. We have to support them.

    Ganbare Nippon!!!

  • @zeppeki86

    THUMBS UP!!

  • @MauriceXVX

I'm not going to argue with you on bigotry / bias. I just take issue with one point. You said, "The Japanese people in leadership refuse to ADMIT and APOLOGIZE for their wrong doing to innocent people."

I told you to Google the words "japan officially apologizes" and tell me how those articles are wrong. BTW, in 2010 the "US Apologizes For Intentionally Infecting Guatemalans With STDs In The 1940s". Point? All governments are the same. To pretend it's just the Japanese is ignorant.

  • @MauriceXVX

    Japan has apologized.

    Google: japan officially apologizes

    And before that...

The Prime MInister with the bushy eyebrows Murayama apologized.

So your "fact" is just based on ignorance. The real question is will you man up and erase your comment or apologize for YOUR mistake?

  • this is the best video you have made.

  • Thats a good point remember the people who died, war is always a stupid way to die but its just as stupid as crime or any other one the point here is as you said its the human disgusting nature and personally disagree on the statement that because of the sacrifice on this people wars hadnt ocurred because there was still a cold war, the united states only opened the door to the possibility of the entire human race anihilation on the serach for money and power and thats sadly no sci-fi

  • @jointothedarkside Not to mention hat The US dropped millions of napalm bombs killing over 700,000(far outweigh more than the nukes) Japanese civilians everyday but the Japanese officers still refuse to surrender so we decided to shock hem with the use of A-bomb instead. Japan should have surrendered after the 1st bomb but no they dicked around until the 2nd. We also prevented the USSR from invading japan so they don't have to split like the one in Korea, Germany, and Vietnam.

  • @publicmario17 I am pretty sure you know about this all, but it was FDR and his best buddy Stalin who planned and created Cold War structure through meetings like Yalta Conference, and Japan didn't surrender because Japanese leaders were trying to seek peace through Russian channel, and American leaders were very much aware of that all, but Truman told Stalin to evade the request and the rest is history.

  • @onigoroshi442 U R SO FULL OF SHIT. Typical j-hole male. Still playing the victim as usual. Your j-leaders of the time were searching for a conditional surrender. The Allies were looking for an unconditional surrender. The Russians were laughing at your stipulations. They had absolutely no intention of being an intermediary cuz they wanted to and did to a small extent swoop down and take some of the j-islands to the north. Stupid j-hole.

  • Communist sympathizers crying out how horrible Japan was in China are ignoring atrocities committed by Chinese men themselves during and after the war. I am not pointing fingers, but it just makes me wonder.

  • @onigoroshi442 Makes me wonder why there are so many j-holes.

  • they may have committed horrible acts but then again so did we.... and it was a TIME OF WAR the dropping of the bomb was the most horrible acts in human history the people of Hiroshima weren't given any real chance to escape as i'm sure there government did not tell them of any threat so they are also to blame.... but the bomb in general was not needed.... it was just an excuse to test the power and effects of the bomb on human beings and have it justified

  • Americans have the rights to decide if they want to apologize to Japan. However, asian countries have the rights to demand an apology and more compensations from Japan as well.

  • R. J. Rummel, a professor of political science at the University of Hawaii, states that between 1937 and 1945, the Japanese military murdered from nearly 3,000,000 to over 10,000,000 people, most likely 6,000,000 Chinese, Indonesians, Koreans, Filipinos, and Indochinese, among others, including Western prisoners of war.

  • Two atmicbom was killed not only Hiroshima Nagasaki people but also many American,Korean,Chinese stayed there.I would like everybody to read "Barefoot Gen".In the manga series, strong angry to the war, the Japanese troop and the US troop is expressed.the manga book describes well what happened all in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, including the Japan's bad history and the acts of the US troop.this. recently its using as text American highscool univesity class.everyone please read it.

  • @mi622na Barefood Gen is a Japanese manga series that only concentrates on how Japanese people deal with the war. The story is PURE FICTION, infused with the Japanese author's imagination. Reading this manga series is a waste of time. What everyone should read are actual DOCUMENTS that record the Japanese Army's demonic acts.

If you are a Japanese with good morals, you know that the Japanese government still denies some serious war crime charges such as massacres and human experiments!

  • @ttiiyy did you read it all vollume?

  • @mi622na Instead of telling everyone to forget about WWII and move on, you should tell the Japanese government to stop lying, face war crime charges, SINCERELY APOLOGIZE TO its neighbors, and COMPENSATE these countries.

It's shocking that some Japanese will be coldblooded enough to claim that comfort women were not raped and were paid well. DISGUSTING.

  • @mi622na It's so sad that some right wing Japanese garbages in Japan today still claim that massacres done by the Japanese army were fiction. So sad for humanity. No wonder people in asia are still mad at Japan.

  • One Japanese veteran confessed that the Japanese Army conducted human experiments during WWII. So far neither the Japanese media nor the Japanese government has made any comments on that.

Where's the justice for the victims that died in the hands of the Japanese Army? When will the truth come out????

After this Japanese veteran dies, so will the truth.

You want to feel sorry for Japanese, enjoy!

  • @ttiiyy

That truth is documented. According to your (retarded) logic all history disappears with the last person alive when that happened? HUH!?

Nobody feels sorry for the Japanese, but no need to be a dick either. Right? Oh, wait... I'm talking to a dick.

  • @Gimmeabreakman Clearly talking in the mirror I see.

  • @ttiiyy Remembering Hiroshima doesn't mean we neglect or let go of, or even approve, what the japanese imperialist army did. You don't make nuances, you don't separate things, events, people. Your comment puts Japan all in the same boat as one entity. That is wrong. You gotta make the nuance right here: there were victims in Japan, and those victims are not overshadowed by what their army did. Learn history (properly) and discover that every nation has been both the victim AND the oppressor.

  • @ttiiyy Because the japanese army did horrible things at the time doesnt mean it's no right to remember the japanese victims of the time. On a side note, it's useless to keep pointing out what the army of a given country did, or what a government did to others, and how horrible it is, blabla. It's useless because in war, EVERYBODY did horrible things. Every party was an asshole. That's why it's called war you know. Also, in every party at war, there are genuine victims.

  • @WorldOfSnakes I'm glad that you can see that every part is an asshole. This is the reason that nobody should ever apologize to Japan.

Nobody owes Japan an apology. Japan still won't apologize for the human experiments anyway.

  • @ttiiyy They might have killed 15,000 soldiers in those experiments, We killed 200,000 civilians, people that wouldn't harm us.

  • @xxcurnuxx Were the experiments the only things that the Japanese Army did? The Japanese Army killed way more than 200,000 people in asian countries. How many of these people could have hurt Japan?

  • @ttiiyy Your point is really weak. How many civilians that died in the hands of the Japanese Army could have harmed Japan? I don't believe that you're truly American. You probably have some Japanese blood. And even if you don't, consider yourself lucky that what happened in other asian countries did not happen in the US.

If you white folks want to apologize to Japan for using atomic bombs, GO FOR IT.

  • Comment removed

  • @xxcurnuxx I don't care if the US will ever apologize to Japan for using atomic bombs. I just think it's so strange that Japan still won't admit some of the war crimes that the Japanese army comitted while demanding an apology from the US. It's just disgusting.

I got the feeling that you're probably Japanese or at least partially Japanese. If you're really white, consider yourself lucky that what happened in other asian countries did not happen in your homeland.

  • @xxcurnuxx If you are really an American, MOURN for these 200,000 Japanese civilians. However, if you have a heart, also mourn for 3,000,000 to over 10,000,000 people that died in the hands of the Japanese Army. None of these victims were able to harm Japan in any way. Where's the justice for them?

Japan still won'g apologize for human experiments. They still claim that comfort women were paid well and were not raped; they still claim that NanJing massacre was fiction. That's cold!

  • @ttiiyy Actually the j- "civilians" were in the j-civ militia. They were trained to fight and kill the would be Allied invasion. They were soldiers. Fact.

  • @howiseethings

Actually that's an opinion. Just like the civilians who fought the British were also a militia made up of civilians. All your point of view.

  • @Gimmeabreakman Your misguided opinion has no relevance to this topic. Check the facts before you say anything. Did you happen to notice the four lettered word at the end of my comment that begins with the letter 'f'? It's........it's............it's.............the word fact. You just got facted.

The j-civs were in fact a fighting force. They were trained to fight and kill the would be invasion. It is in fact, a fact and that happens to be a fact of the facts.

  • @howiseethings

    Back at you, asshole.

  • @Gimmeabreakman That IS your BEST comment EVER!!! I LOVE IT!!! I hoist a beer in your self-acknowledgment of defeat. You got facted on the facts. Good on ya for admitting as much.

  • @ttiiyy you may have heard this before, but, two wrongs don't make a right. The people in Hiroshima and Nagasaki were different people from the ones who comitted war crimes in East Asia. Not all Japanese are one person, just as not all Americans are one person. Collective punishment is a crude barbarism that comes from the worst part of human nature.

  • please check manga and animemovie of hiroshima. its really scary!!manga is more cruel than anime. If you read it,posibly you cant sleep at night. but this manga 「bare foot gen (hadashinogen)」is there are in all japanese pablic library and all juniorschool library. and children are seeing the movie in class of juniorschool.and reading at library. for never samethings happen again. I wish peace in the world. I hope to read 「bare foot gen」alot of people all over the world.

  • The sad and funny thing about flakeman is that he is a lot like North Korea.

Pay attention to him and for some bizarre reason he garners attention. Ignore him and he fades away.

  • Hiroshima and Nagasaki were nothing compared to what the Japanese did during the war. Saying there's no justification for it are complete morons, and too removed from the thinking that was going on back then. If Truman hadn't used the nukes the USSR would have taken at least half of Honshu, and then it would be like South and North Korea. You don't deserve an apology from the US. You started it and the US finished it. It's the stubborn Japanese government fault. think about it.

  • @publicmario17 killing soldiers is one thing and its still stupid; killing all the inocents that had nothing to do with wars besides living on the country that its involved its a whole different story, imagine if the us begins a war (again) on any other country, and you disagree with that war, according to your logic the other country has the right to "finish" what yours started even by killing you and all your family that again had nothing to do with actual war... Hope all people like you die

  • @jointothedarkside Actually civvies were part of war(and all of them were going to fight to their death by their emperor if you get this intelligently). It was Total war. 190,000 civilians were employed by the Japanese government in Hiroshima and Nagasaki to work in factories and war-effort, the same way they build it to use it poison gases, planes to bomb pearl harbor, against our troops and civilians. Japan was going to get the nuke done by October 1945 and planned to used it on the invasion.

• Oh japan don't forget. I'm Viet and you're the reason why the Viet-Minh was created. Thanks a lot. Your 'civilians' were in fact TRAINED by their leaders to fight the Allied soldiers. Trained to fight and kill makes one a SOLDIER-military target. It's a FACT.-Hmmm, and to think we wouldn't even be talking about this crap had the js not started BOMBING,MURDERING,RAPING, PILLAGING Asia and the Pacific. Japan. apologizes to your Asian neighbors first then maybe the US will apologizes.

  • America has more than just to apologize to Japan/Japanese for the Hiroshima/Nagasaki bombings. How about reparations for those who survived or those who died and their ancestors?

I think it's arrogant to NOT apologize for this. So many innocent people were killed.

  • @Muslim4Lyfe64 it was total war at that time and back then no one give as shit about civilians. There was never such thing as "innocent". Let me ask u: Did japan apologizes for the attack on pearl harbor, Bataan death march, rape of nanking, comfort women, unit 731, and other crimes they commit? No they started a war with us by a sneak pearl and wake island. They killed 1,340 civilians on wake island. Not to mention Japan provoked the US for using the bomb because they refuse to back down.

  • @Hperman09 Stupid ass. Whoever gave thumb up to this moron deserved to be called the same. I am pretty sure someone already told you about it, but who cares.

  • @onigoroshi442 troll.

  • @Hperman09 Oh sorry asshole, let me be more specific. Japanese army did not kill 1,340 civilians on Wake Island. Not to mention it was the US who provoked Japan to attack Pearl Harbor, and I never heard US apologizing to Japan or American people killed in such a stupid uncalled-for war.

  • @onigoroshi442 i seen u before. Bye.

  • @Hperman09 So did I. Good to see you again, and bye-bye asshole.

  • @onigoroshi442 later

  • @onigoroshi442 HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

"PROVOKE", the mindless driveling j-hole says. Provoke. (eyes rolling)

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Surely you studied how japan broke numerous treaties with then imperialistic Allies of England, Holland, Canada, the U.S., India etc? Surely you studied that in history class in righteous japan? OH! That's right you grew up on j-history where you have to spin and contort everything to make look like everyone else's fault. pfft.

  • @howiseethings I am really sorry to tell you this, but most of my sources are from Western critics.

  • @onigoroshi442 (chuckle) wow.You cornered me there on that one. (eyes rolling) Um,the fact of the matter is ol' blatantly biased one is that japan knew that it was breaking the treaties it had signed with the other imperial Allies. Your forefathers KNEW that. They KNEW what the consequences were and yet they went ahead and broke their promises. It's there fault for the whole mess. They didn't have to do what they did but they did. It's that simple. You truly need to study history, not j-history.

  • @howiseethings Well kiddo, if you say all the nations should be binded by "the treaties" which were ruled by Western nations not too long ago, counties like Japan could never became a sovereign nation in the first place, and I am so moved by the fact that this world is full of countries diligently following and respecting so-called "the treaties." If you think I need more education in this matter, go ahead, try to give me some references, books or articles, and not your stupid egotistical bs.

  • @onigoroshi442 Gosh, just before you were doing your typical j-male whiney thing about supposedly being the victim then I pointed out the the facts then you said pfffffft to the treaties. Sorry, j-boy can't have it both ways. OOOPPPSSSSS! That's right! You are j-male so you always thing you can have it the way you want it. Sorry but that is not reality.

Let's remember the history about japan before the 1900's. You were doing the same crap to you neighbors. You js and your victimhood mentality.

  • @howiseethings What do you mean by "can't have it both ways?" Are you denying Japan's rights to assure her sovereignty?? Western nations started to enforce unequal treaties to countries from all over the world (that's from way before 1900's), and Japan was just trying to gain power to protect herself from such threats.

  • @onigoroshi442 (eyes rolling) "..both ways.." Before you basically said it was OK for jpn to attack PH cuz wrongfully you wish to believe japan was the victim and you also believe it's OK to break treaties. If so then you'd have no qualms about the U.S. ripping up the current absurd S.F. Treaty. Your typical j-hypocrisy and contrast are so stark. -You don't even know your own history before 1900 j-hole. You were attacking your neighbors LONG before the Western powers came along. (eyes rolling)

  • @howiseethings Aha-ha-hah, here it goes again. I said Pearl Harbor was provoked by the US, and many of treaties made by Western nations were unequal. I am not even sure if you have any idea about that "S.F. Treaty" you so want to nullify. I know history enough to tell you the story about Japanese army killing 1,340 civilians on Wake Island is another over-exaggerated bs made by ignorant dumb fuck.

• @howiseethings I said Pearl Harbor attack was provoked by the US, and treaties made by Western nations were unequal. What was so absurd about Treaty of San Francisco?? It was everything US could wished for. There are absolutely no countries which never got themselves involved in a war with their neighbors unless there weren't any. It's not like Western nations advancing to other regions in the world. At least try to have the courtesy to learn history of a country which you were born into.

  • @onigoroshi442 (1)You as a typical j-hole male always contradict yourself. The treaties were the treaties. One of the stipulations in the treaties said that if any one of the imperial countries (japan included) start hostilities in China then the other nations will have no choice but to place sanctions on that nation or nations. japan started hostilities in Nanking, therefore the other nations put sanctions on japan as the treaty stipulated. japan knew this and as usual you stupid j-holes....

  • @howiseethings You sure love to throw that line, don't ya? I spent more than half of my life outside of Japan, and I don't think I am anything close to "a typical j-hole male," but I guess that doesn't matter to you. Ok, tell me what "other nations" did to UK for her occupation in China. How about Russia? It was the US who strongly wished to nullify Anglo-Japanese Alliance in the first place, am I wrong?? I never said Japan was a victim. Try not to assume everyone thinks the same way you do.

  • @onigoroshi442 Wha....wha.....wha........subject change AgAiN? Not surprised in the least since it is a very typical j-hole male trait when the heat gets hot. You were wrongfully whining how the U.S. supposedly "provoked" japan into attacking PH. I JUST showed you no such thing happened and then off you go onto something completely different. You js are so frickin' filthy. You, for whatever bizarre reason think you always have to be right. You never learn your shame. Selfish scum.

  • @howiseethings Wha...wha....trying to dodge my question AGAIN?? Not surprised in the least since it is a very typical ignorant dumb-fuck trait when things get bit complicated. How could you say the US didn't provoke Japan after seeing all the evidence of the US interfering with Japanese affairs? Stalin made a promise with FDR long before Japan asked USSR for her peace mediation. Is that what you are trying to tell me? Then, I think I said enough for a day. I'll accept my mistake when I made one.

  • @onigoroshi442 Your mistake was being born, so apologize.

I absolutely love j-holes like you. You intentionally twist, spin and contort things to the way that you want them to be. Alas, you, as a j-hole are ALWAYS full of shit. Let's quickly rehash the events. China was occupied by imperialist nations (jpn included). Treaties were made amongst said imperialists. japan overstepped the boundry . japan was fairly penalized. japan had hissy fit. japan attacked. japan was summarily defeated.

  • @howiseethings Stop wasting my time and your time talking nonsense, and just try to get to the point. I am guessing you are talking about Nine-Power Treaty; it was China herself who broke the treaty and the US fully backed up China's actions. Russia didn't even have to sigh the treaty. Why did Japan have to obey the treaty like an idiot after knowing the treaty was just a piece of shit? Oh that's right, you only care about yourself. Duh.

  • @onigoroshi442 Awwwwww does poor witto j-boy have a hard time accepting the facts? You just got facted again.

Bottom line. japan signed the treaties, broke them, attacked other imperial powers, japan got defeated and THAT'S what pisses you off.

  • @howiseethings Awwww is this poor damn idiot having a hard time accepting his ignorance?? Bottom line; Japanese army didn't kill 1,340 civilians on Wake Island, and attack on Pearl Harbor was provoked by the US's countless interventions in the affairs of Japan. Nine-Power Treaty was a piece of shit, even China herself didn't give a damn about the treaty, yet the US kept supporting China.

  • @onigoroshi442 (eyes rolling) Typical j-scum.Keep on changing the subject when the heat gets hot. j-victimhood mentality is such a hypocritical notion. Nevertheless, you were whining about how you want to believe that the U.S. supposedly "provoked" japan into attacking P.H. I clearly showed you already several times that japan broke the treaties which were signed by all the imperial countries in China of the time. japan broke those treaties and knew the consequences. japan's fault, deal with it.

  • @howiseethings And I told you treaties made by Western Powers were terrible. I hope you're not viewing an act of creating and enforcing unfair treaties to other nations as a friendly act. It sure will provoke a war, and the US wans't that stupid not to know about it. Plus, the US overlooked China and USSR ignoring the Nine-Power Treaty. I think attacking Pearl Harbor after knowing Japan had no chance to win was utterly stupid, but it won't change the fact that the attack was provoked by the US.

  • @onigoroshi442 japan signed the treaties and knew very well of the consequences BY THE OTHER signed nations.

  • @howiseethings Japan signed the treaties hoping all of the signed nations would give respect to the treaties, and it turned out they didn't.

  • @onigoroshi442 You are absolutely right! The js didn't respect anyone else.

  • @howiseethings boring.

  • @onigoroshi442 Quiet right ol' man. Quiet right. The j version of events is quiet boring. The ol' re-run of victimhood mentality is rather old and tiresome. Glad you agree.

  • @howiseethings Hmm. If you accidentally hit your head or something and suddenly start to wish to know more about this topic, I recommend you to read "Ways That Are Dark; The Truth About China" by Ralph Townsend. Anyway, like I said, it was China herself who didn't respect Nine-Power Treaty, USSR didn't even have to sign the treaty, and your comments are boring because there is nothing to support your bs. It is sad that you take your delusion as a "fact." Have fun living in your dream world.

  • @onigoroshi442 The FACTS are that japan signed the treaties and then broke them thus suffering the consequences.

  • @howiseethings The facts are something you like to ignore. I guess concepts like "fairness" or "self-defense" do not have any meaning to you. The treaty was practically no longer in effect after USSR rose to power, and hundreds of cases of China violating the treaty and the US practically funding and backing-up such acts, but if you wish to ignore those facts and view the history that way, have it your way.

  • @howiseethings The people who died in Hiroshima and Nagasaki didn't sign any treaties, nor did they break them. They were what are called "civilians." They had no dog in that fight.

  • @yerk3 Hmm, well I guess you'd better study up on history because you have half the story right. The part you got right was that there were civilians. The part you probably don't know is that they were TRAINED TO FIGHT AND KILL THE WOULD BE ALLIED INVASION. Yes, it is a fact they were civilian soldiers. As a matter of fact, little 5 year old kids were trained to roll under Sherman tanks to blow them up with the explosives in their backpacks. Lovely, huh?

  • @howiseethings

You guys are kind of missing the point of the video.

  • @howiseethings So the women, children, old people and disabled who were in those cities were each individually trained to kill? I find that hard to believe. Do you have any evidence for this outrageous assertion?

  • @yerk3 The Kokumin Giyu Sentotai. It was a law enacted by the j-gov to train the j-civ to fight against the Allied would be invasion. They even trained little 5 year old children to put on backpacks loaded with explosives to roll under Sherman tanks with the intent on blowing them up.Lovely of the j-govt to do that to their own people don't you think?I don't.Look no further than the Battle of Okinawa.Pretty revolting what the j-govt did to their own peeps there too.Guess you won't whine about that

  • @howiseethings I asked for evidence, not more assertions. You continue to fail.

  • @yerk3 Pfft. Speaking of failing.......and miserably, take a look in the mirror. Your question to me was, as states; "Do you have any evidence for this outrageous assertion?" It was shown to you yet you play ignorant or blind or both. But let's get to some points shall we? First, it is not an assertion. It is a fact. Second, the outrageous thing is what the j-govt did to their own people. Third, you have the evidence.

  • @yerk3 (2) yerk's failing Part II. "Tekketsu kin'noutai 鉄血勤皇隊" or "Iron Blood Royal Unit" consists of approx. 2,000 Okinawan boys and only half of them survived the destructive war in Okinawa.

I got the link if you wish to read it IN japanese. You see, it is written in japanese by a japanese or in actuality an Okinawan person, but you get the point. Somehow, I bet you will still think this is some kind of 'trickery'.

Oh, and I got some more stuff written in japanese about j-children soldiers.

  • @yerk3 (2) yerk's failing Part II. "Tekketsu kin'noutai 鉄血勤皇隊" or "Iron Blood Royal Unit" consists of approx. 2,000 Okinawan boys and only half of them survived the destructive war in Okinawa.

Oh, and I got some more stuff written in japanese about j-children soldiers.

  • @onigoroshi442 (2) hissy fit and then proceeded to attack England in SE Asia and of course the US at PH. Plain and simple it's your fault and as usual you j-hole males always point your finger at everyone else except yourselves. Your j hypocrisy knows no bounds.

I would be miraculous if for once you js could understand yourselves instead of the all too typical play-the-victim routine.

  • @onigoroshi442 I PROUDLY give Hperman09 thumbs up. Anybody's relatives who fought against the j-holes back in the day deserves a standing ovation.

  • @howiseethings Yeah, I know you will. You are one of those assholes who don't give a shit about the reality, and blindly support any ideas going against j-holes. God bless you all.

  • @onigoroshi442 HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

A j-hole calling someone else blind. j-hypocrisy knows no bounds!

  • Very good video.

  • The Atomic bomb made Total War obsolete...it saved the world from never ending Global Warfare.

  • @Gloomshadow1

That's kind of true. Nuclear weapons scare warmongers into a state of peace, so only countries without nukes get attacked anymore. In a sick way, if everyone had atomic weapons, there would probably be a kind of world peace, if an unpleasant and frustrating one.

Which would piss us Americans off of course, since we like attacking people. :/

  • @Verrimgard yeah sure..you ever been to war? I have, I was in the first gulf war, Ive got friends that were in the Iraqi army under Saddam. One of them calls Bush "SAINT George W. Bush" he said HITLER was a Saint compared to Saddam! He was forced to sever 33 mandatory years in the Iraqi Army, deserters were thrown from high buildings, tounges cut out..he said they killed 7 Million Iraqis between the 70s and the 90s in these 3 muching machines alone.

  • @Verrimgard he said he never tasted freedom until Bush came, he said Bush was sent "By GOD" to save the Iraqi people. When I pointed out the ppl killed in the fighing after the war said that LESS people were being killed than were being killed by Saddam in secrect. Dont judge warfare unitl youve killed people for a good reason, thats all I can say man. Iraq just didnt deserve to survive it the form that it was back then, Iraq wasnt a country it was a mafia-run criminal enterprise.

  • @Gloomshadow1

Dude, none of what you said applies to anything. It wouldn't matter whether Saddam was personally ass raping every woman and child on the planet - I wasn't talking about him.

I said that Americans love war, which we do. Makes us feel patriotic. We wave our flags and cheer. It's in our movies, our games, our literature: We love war.

I also said that atomic weapons prevent countries from being invaded, which they do.

I never singled out Bush, so fucking chill.

  • Let us also not forget that there are still those who are suffering side effects of radiation. People who weren't even alive at the time of the bombing are still suffering its effects. As an example, children of people who were born to survivors of Hiroshima who were exposed to low level radiation were prone to birth defects, cancer, etc. If for no other reason, I think that should at least warrant some rememberence.

  • @SuperVanDamme i was never supportive of US politics and never defended Truman decision of a bomb but seriously man bye. Proofs how you Japanese revisionist are retarded so bye. and 9/11 was based on weak evidence we never know is behind this attack.

  • @SuperVanDamme Quite your whining Yoshi. First you are Japanese nationalist and you people don't know anything when it comes to World War 2 and stop defending your war crimes. Not to mention that Your government never acknowledged them. I don't believe that 9/11 was an inside job i only see if it's a theory. You just believing in your conspiracies to make it believe america was to blame 100% for everything and i don't buy into that BS anymore. U don't know me. Shows how retarded you people are.

  • japanese raped lots of chinese, koreans, and filipinas. And even as it went on in those countries japanese took their own japanese women and forced them to be prostitutes. japanese men must have this supernatural fetish for rape. imo they deserved what was comin, i feel bad for the innocents who weren't involved tho

  • You don't know why the war happened and you don't want to point fingers? Are you fucking insane? Wow. Just wow. Even saying that is disrespectful to the allies who died. Shameful. We all know why the war was fought.

  • You are awesome.

  • @SuperVanDamme So, if you know someone is going to punch you and you let it happen its your fault? No, at least use decent evidence to back up your ideas

  • innocents oh boy, how about go tell to the people who are the victims of the nanking massacre and japan still teach the youth the BS that nanking massacre is fake. So how about you calm down do some research before you bitch and whine. Of course, Most Japanese education brainwash the people that japan are victims and america the aggressor of course they want an apology. How about you go tell the people of Asia and no apology has heard from them plus no repartitions. most people forget that.

  • @publicmario17 First, I feel sorry for all the women and children who died in this attack, but also I feel sad when my people were attacked by Japan especially the terror they brought upon my ancestors. Let this remind us of the power we have to destroy, let it not happen again. Don't blame other countries despite if FDR do that or UK does that or whatever. none of us lived during WW2. it's in the past now but still waiting for japan to apologize and pay reparations to my ancestors.

  • terrible things happen at times of war, always both sides do terrible inhuman things.

    there's no point pointing fingers**

  • BTW: People like HowTheWorldWorks have very low self esteem, which is why your point about them "protesting too much" rings so true. Those type of people feel inferior, so they lash out with xenophobia and hate to prove how tough they think they are. In reality, they expose their own fear and willful ignorance. Generally their myriad personality disorders prevent them from having productive relationships with decent people so they end up lashing out all but by their fellow hate-mongers.

  • Excellent points made! I plan to go to Hiroshima next year. Back in 1982, when I was much younger, I was aboard the USS Arizona Memorial in Pearl Harbor and boat loads of Japanese tourists were bringing flowers. The victims of Hiroshima & Nagasaki deserve the same respect. No one knew at the time what lasting effects nuclear weapons had, nor were the Japanese people responsible for their government's refusal to unconditionally surrender. Working toward peace is the best remembrance.

  • ヴィクトルさんへ

    すばらしいビデオです。ぼくはまだ広島へいったことがありません (むかし新幹線で通過したことはあるけどね)。原爆ドームが老朽化で崩れる前にはぜひとも行かないとね。

One thing I was amazed is that you even bothered watching HTWW. To me, he was no different from other crazy preachers haunting all over the U.S. Why? Well... at least he looks like a good marketer, because he seems to know he has to throw comforting lies for his blind followers. Also, his lies were somewhat creative at times. But still I don't understand how he can be worth paying attention.

  • @SuperVanDamme You're from japan so i guess your government brainwashed u to believe that Rape of Nanking is fake and the two atom bombs wasn't necessary. But this is what the whole world knows. The Japanese government wasn't about to surrender. y? I have Japanese relatives who lived that time said that the Japanese government even trained kid and women to fight at the last minute. Also half of diplomats wanted to surrender and half of your generals want to fight. i'm Canadian btw.

  • This bomb was dropped to save allies lives and Japanese lives because Japan was not giving in to surrender. There are two ways that japan wanted to keep before surrendering. 1. they want to keep Manchuria and Korea. 2. Have their own war trial. This is really unacceptable to allies. Naval blockade doesn't work because we can't expect to starve people under 1000 calories. So the only choice was to drop the bomb. but no nukes were made again thanks goodness. RIP to all who died in war.

  • To determine the reason for wwII you must read and use your brain to think critically not fairly.

It only needed to happen once. My father told me when I was young, "Don't start fights, but if someone else starts one and hits you, hit them back hard, so hard that when they get up they won't want to try that again. This has both philosophical and physical meanings and ramifications for both parties. If they didn't want to get hurt they shouldn't have attacked the US first, period.

  • @jimprjayp

Irrelevant argument to this video. Never said they didn't deserve it, but the innocents -- and even if there was only 1 -- can be remembered with no shame to the victorious forces.

  • @Gimmeabreakman To consider them is not to honor them with fanfare and state diplomatic dressings. How many German soldiers do you mourn that lost their lives in battle? Publicly? It is very sad that war exists at all. It is very sad that anyone dies. It is very sad when someone gets killed in an auto accident. Considering all this, I still mourn for those who died in the tragedy of 9 11 and for the 500,000 innocent civilians who have lost their lives in "The War on Terror" in the middle-east.

  • @jimprjayp

no disrespect, but that s not a good philosophy...

  • @jimprjayp Kinda strange how teachers in school teaches students to call for them if somebody starts a fight or hit you, but in reality people and whole countries does the opposite.

  • @Scourgeandmephiles93 I'm not sure what your point is ... I agree schools teach fishbowl environment philosophy and real world is messy, diverse, think on your feet and learn from those who have gone before. No disrespect (okay some disrespect) to teachers but in this case scenario those who can do and those who can't etc ...

Being politically correct is warm and fuzzy but not very useful when facing a mass murderer or self defense scenario. Sounds like Kant reasoning; looks good on paper.

  • HowTheWorldWorks is an Internet Troll. He just wants to provoke. Don't take him seriously. Sadly that gets him a lot of views.

  • @MewesK

    Best comment describing HTWW yet.

  • Comment removed

  • Think I need to clarify my earlier comments... I have nothing but respect for Japan, its character, its culture, its people. Japan is a beautiful country with a great people. By my comments, I simply wanted to correct a single, all too common misconception.

  • @ObeKanobe

Yeah, I don't know what misconception you think I have. This has nothing to do with innocent people who were bombed in Hiroshima and who we simply remember every year at a memorial.

  • @Gimmeabreakman

I think your argument is getting way too scattered. I have no problem at all with a memorial. The true cause of Hiroshima, however, should be not left as muddled and vague as it is now. Because the implication, then, is that the USA was to blame -- that it somehow had another, better option, but was too cruel to take it.

  • @Gimmeabreakman

Once again, the simple truth is, those bombs saved lives -- and not just the lives Americans and their allies. Many more Japanese than Americans were expected to die in an invasion, had America gone that route.

  • @Gimmeabreakman My brother was murdered by a serial killer in the south many years ago. The man was caught, convicted of 12 murders, because that's the number they had evidence for even though he claimed that was only a drop in the bucket, and sentenced to death. He was executed and now people go to remember his death for ending the death penalty. I have no issue with his friends and family remembering him but no state official has ever made any mention of my brother, he is a casualty I guess.

  • @jimprjayp

Very sorry to hear about your brother, but not sure how it pertains to this. Serial killers are true murders. This was state sanctioned.

  • @Gimmeabreakman So was Pearl Harbor.

  • Excellent video.

  • @fightprejudice I like your name. Do you practice it? I mean, the only true way to fight it is to wrestle with its hold on your own life, right? Anyone can see it in others. In others we fight power over us to set a balance but within ourselves we have the ability to right the wrongs of the world one act at a time.

Don't mind me, just ranting today.

  • Hiroshima marks a tragedy, yes -- of Japanese leadership. Youtube a search for "Rape of Nanking". The actual, factual history of Japanese conquest is a carved-in-stone reality. And Nanking, unfortunately, was the norm.

  • Those bombs were dropped to save lives, period. And that is exactly what they did. Japan's millions of mainland civilians were being told to fight to the death like soldiers or face rape and humiliation at the hands of the US military. Again, the tragedy of Hiroshima is a tragedy of leadership -- Japanese leadership.

  • No, it doesn't help to point fingers. But what's the point of studying history if you can't extract lessons from it?

  • @ObeKanobe

Lessons are fine. Fingers are childish.

  • @Gimmeabreakman

    You wrote:

"...you act as if the USA cared about saving Chinese. They didn't."

Really? Ah, so you're a psychic archaeologist, able to close your eyes and read back to us what Americans were feeling about the Japanese invasion of China. Impressive.

And yet, hmm.... Closing my own eyes for minute, I strongly suspect that, had we gone to war over it, you'd right now be pointing your finger at the USA over that instead..lol

  • @ObeKanobe Lets save more lives. Lets drop a few nuclear bombs in Taliban country, North Korea, Iran, etc. Will that be OK? The muslim radicals are also telling their followers to fight to the death against the infidel. Well, at least they will get lots of virgins. (Where do they get so many virgins?).

  • @fightprejudice

    There is no practical comparison.

In 1945 Americans were dying at a rate of thousands per week. From April to June, the US had to fight an unbelievably bloody battle just to take the tiny Japanese island of Okinawa. Many thousands of Okinawan civilians fought tooth and nail alongside their soldiers. Most Japanese fought to the death or committed suicide. In less than 3 months, the US suffered 60,000 casualties, including 12,000 dead...and the population of Okinawa dropped 25%.

  • Now, put yourself in the place of US leaders just a few weeks after Okinawa. Millions were expected to die taking islands thousands of times larger and more populated...

So yes, Hiroshima was tragic. No one sane would argue otherwise. But it was a tragedy of leadership. Japanese leadership.

  • @fightprejudice there's a difference - those radicals aren't the whole population whereas I have seen a number of photos from the ending period of the war where women were being trained to use machine guns and even school girls were being trained to use bamboo spears to charge soldiers. They were ready to fight literally to the last man, woman, and child
