Demjanjuk was found guilty and sentenced to death of being Ivan the Terrible in 1989 in Israel in front of a courtroom filled with cheering school children. Turns out that undeniable proof that some other guy was Ivan came out when the Sovier Union failed and Demjanjuk was released. Shortly thereafter, he was next accused of being some other Nazi -- which is what he is going on trial for now.

I think that this trial is bull! He was put on trial back in the 60's and he was found not guilty. Now they want to deport him again on the same charges?
