well from a artist point of view you would think is a print of the original print or a copy.sure I wouldn't want to do that to an original art print.just out of respect to the artist and the true art.

usually print colourists use water-based paint that is "reversible"..so through washing it should be possible to restore the print to its original black and white state. Let's hope that's the case here!

I don't think this is vandalism. I think she is honoring it by adding a bit of color. It's not like she claimed the original print.
