I think they just added him on that episode to have Doomsday beat him up off screen. They should have had at least one more episode with him in it so we can see if he got faster or learned to speed through objects. O'well.

1:29 I love this slo-mo scene so much but everytime I watch it, there is an error that always bugs me. You see in this shot, Zod throws Lois in one swift movement and his hands go down....then in the next shot his hands are up again as if he had only just thrown her!

WOW! That was alot of action in 7 minutes. I remember rewatching that kissing scene
a zillion times and also the fight scene. The music editors and Mark Snow along
with the special effects Co. really make these scenes so great. They did a really
great job for Smallville, and made it an even better show . I am going to miss it
after the season 10 finale. I wish that they could have done something to keep it
going in a spinoff with a different title. Thanks smallville-you made my days happy!

Question . If youve never watched smallville do i really need to watch all the other stuff beforehand i.e. im only really interested in seeing him as superman perse not all the formative stuff in highskool and boring teeny angst stuff.
This looks quite good from what i see here - esp if it gets darker with darkseid etc
