that is your low voltage cut off kicking in, and you're probably using nimh batteries which do not require it, read the book and turn it off.

Yeah. You should always read the manual before you work one of these anyways. There are a LOT of helpful tips in them, and the instructions show you how to run your car or truck so it won't "explode." Haha

KPH isn't just divide by 2 and there's your answer. If something clocked in at 700 KPH, it wouldn't be 350 MPH. This is probably going more around 70 or 75. Maybe even 80, which is VERY fast for a remote controlled car.
