Yes there is separate anthems for the rest of Britain - Scots, Welsh, English i agree. And then the 4 countries can have separate ones if they want too. Eng and NI usually use GSTQ and the scots and welsh have something else. It is no more English than is is Scottish its just Scots dont use it. The last Queen of England was Elizabeth I!!!

England uses God Save The Queen 99.9% of the time as it can......The only time it doesn't is during occasions when it can't be played twice in succession.
