Without going into massive detail or making it overtly complicated, Tidus isn't completely real. He's a living dream. Defeating the game's big bad (Yuna's main purpose in life) will mean saving the world, but Tidus will fade away... quite sad, but the sequel provides a happy ending.

The one he has is the demo, and you have the album version. The demo has no work done on ZP's voice, so it's a little shaky. They both can be downloaded on itunes, but u have to find out which one is which.
