I use eternal aura, have about 827hp, so I do not care if I get degeneration during the gap between casting spells. Not a problem to get 5golds for one round, its great that you do not have to run all the way, just cross the portal and start again.
And of course the easiest way how to obtain Legendary Survivor lol.
