  • you sound fun, buddy :)))

  • ))) Flowers are cool.. thats why Baku has a beatiful aromatic smell of flowers.. OOppps i opened a secret, shouldnt say that.. ))))

  • if they put flowers lower, guys would pick some for their gfs everytime they pass by.. (instead of taking videos of it). So, I think that the problem is not with the flower's altitude, but rather with the people's attitude

  • perfect :)

  • lol

  • No suprise. The light polls with flower pots are everywhere in Europe - in Nice, Cannes, Rome, Siena, London, Paris. This is done all over the world. The difference is that in Tbilisi and in Baku it is still an innovation. The pots look so much poorer and so dead in our climate after a few days of intense southern heat, people think it's strange.

  • Bacu and Tbilisi has same guy who puts this thing I know him this is George Bush )))

  • lol

  • nice one :)))

  • lol

  • bro.. Elik says "in London we have the same, on the same a bit lower tho, so they put it that high, so none of our peeps, can "borrow" it for their dachas"

  • lol.. Elika Salam! How do they water them in London?

  • A while ago, some guy figured out that if you leave the street lights on, there's less crime. It's psychological. So, I suppose if there's flowers around, there's less crime, too.

  • yeah man, it is called "broken windows" policy and it was implemented by Juliani in New York.

  • Ah, yes, of course. Interesting stuff. But, it's kind of like running for President by promising more interesting coinage.

  • I think they do them for environment. But you're right about watering.
