The story of Bruce using more force and getting less results was very motivational for me... i guess i should say, i relate to that and if the great Bruce Lee had that problem, of "dead energy" (which i hear all the time myself) then im not alone. =)

also it was nice to hear the whole story about Bruce going out on a boat... I just heard he learned concepts of Ying-Yang out there, but not why. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!
