But yeah you should stick with stopmotion, it's a lot of fun when you can really control and manipulate the clay to whatever you want it to be. Everything is, quite literally, possible. I could send you my lecture on what types of clay to buy for what types of animation, if you want. It's pretty simple, but it goes in depth plenty.

Hah very nice! Is this for the 2008 contest? If it is, that's kinda funny, I'm entering with stopmotion, too. My putty's arriving tomorrow.

Yeah - it's my first attempt at stop-motion, and with putty, it kept drooping! But with 4 kids 6 years old and under "helping", I think it's okay...
When I get a chance and the kids are older, I'd love to try using real clay and make some good animation. It was fun!
