Dragonheart was Dragonforce's Original name which they changed in 2000 officially with the release of Valley of the Damned.

These guys are pretty good though

People, actually get confused also with Dragonforce, Dragonhammer, Dragonland, Dragonsword and so on...surprisingly, almost all of these bands are power metal :) Greetings Dragonheart, still I haven't found a band like you! I personally am not confused because it needed me years to find them all and listen to them and finally to love their music ;) The best one in my opinion is Dragonhammer, they just mean very much to me and bring me back memories from the most impotant moments of my life....

very true but what i'm trying to put out there is that dragonforce was going to call themselfs dragonheart but they settled with dragonforce because dragonheart was already around so then dragonforce settled for the bandname
