Yes, it's held in NC. They had a guy with Speedycake pillow wings playing this song, then they set down a boombox and got a huuuge crowd of people doing the dance. That's how I learned about it

There was a con here in Florida last weekend
We did the exact same thing, someone played the music on speakers and we all ran around the con with our arms in the air, dancing around XD
The con was just last weekend too XD I did it yesterday and LOVED it
