its not metal its plastic and if it was metal it wouldnt be stainless steel stainless steel is used for appliances and stuff like that and it would also b shinny u dont paint stainless steel and if it were just plain steel it would be much more heavier than that so yea
you could of saved some money i baught a 3 ft tripod of dealextreme haha DX FTW it only cost 13 bucks so yeah could of saved a bunch of money :P but great videos make some more deal extreme ones
I kinda want a new smoother tripod than the one I have, but I don't really do enough hardware videos to utilize a new camera. Maybe if I switch over to more hardware I'll invest in a new tripod and camera =]
