@Znakoma: No, they perform in 3 places, I think. One just outside Shattrath City, and the other inside the World's End Tavern. You do not have to be in a private server to hear them in-game. L70ETC usually performs at the top of the hour (Example: 10:09) like that, also if you /cheer at any of the members, you get a +5% increased to all stats buff.
